Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo montato il Microscopio Vevor su una scrivania per avere un piccolo laboratorio di incastonatura a casa. Fa il suo dovere e per il prezzo che ha è davvero buono. L'unica pecca è l'anello che regge la testa del microscopio, sicuramente saldato male in fabbrica e tende a piegare leggermente verso sinistra ma nulla che rovini il lavoro.

This is the best quality scope for the price you can find. I use it daily for jewelry repair and stone setting. Great clarity and wide range of zoom. The ball vice is also a great addition in this package. I would recommend to anyone wanting a decent starter microscope. I would go as far as saying that this is better than a “starter” scope.

Keep in mind that the optical working distance is quite long, so it is best mounted on a height-adjustable table; this saves you from having to adjust your chair just to reach the right height to see. It delivers a clear, high-quality image and features a stable arm that isn't overly sensitive to vibrations. The light is bright and effectively illuminates the work area. Ideally, the table mount should be positioned directly in front of the work area.

The price and value are great! The microscope is good. The base itself is good but the vertical adjustment does not seem to have a friction adjustment to hold it up. The arm is vey stiff to try to move vertically. For the price this is just complaining.

The product is very good, but I pictures it showed the large ball vice, but I got the very small ball vice. 😢

Mucho mejor de lo esperado, la verdad que funciona muy bien por el precio que tiene, lo único que le hecho de menos es que pudiera conectarse una pantalla. Por lo demás precio/prestaciones un 10. El montaje es bastante intuitivo y simple, no necesité las instrucciones, te viene prácticamente todo ya montado.

This is a huge upgrade from an optivisor for stone setting. I haven’t used a more expensive microscope so I have nothing to compare it to. The articulating arm is pretty stiff and I have to give it a really good yank to get it into position and the cable on the ring light is a little on the shorter side so I might need to extend it or get a different one. My biggest complaint is that the rubber eye guards don’t attach securely at all. I am literally knocking them off onto the floor 29 times a day or if I put the cover on and take off they will disappear so I am planning on buying some new eye guards for it. The ball vice is fine. It works for holding rings but it’s not as heavy duty as a GRS. I really waffled on buying a Leica, then an Amscope trinocular. But after receiving the Amscope , I realized that the Vevor was about a third of the price and same unit/optics minus the trinocular part. If you need to set stones and not go into debt then this is a great option and I whole heartedly recommend despite the couple of drawbacks mentioned. I own a lot of Vevor stuff (melting furnace, rotary tumbler, fume extractor) in my studio in addition to name brand stuff and Vevor hasn’t let me down yet.
