La qualité du produit est bien. Il faut cependant adapter la cuissons pour ne pas faire brûler le contenu lors de la distillation.

This is ok for your first try. The thumper and condenser are NOT adequate. You will definitely be upgrading those. I have made a lot of modifications, but I still use the pot.

Petit alambic pratique pour débuter la distillation. J'ai remplacé la cuve et le serpentin de condensation ainsi que la cuve pour huiles essentielles par des cuves plus grandes pour augmenter le rendement et ça marche très bien.

Nous avions des bouteilles de cidre dur (restes de fête) que nous étions sur le point de jeter, mais nous avons décidé de les faire passer à travers l'alambic lors de sa première course. Nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux avec les résultats! La première partie de la course (à environ 185 degrés) était claire et la dernière partie (au-delà de 192 degrés) était d'un jaune riche. J'avais besoin de fournir un tuyau de liquide de refroidissement plus long pour atteindre l'évier, mais c'était un simple achat chez Home Depot (tuyau en vinyle 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD). J'ai réchauffé l'alambic lentement sur notre cuisinière à gaz, et après environ une heure, il a commencé sa "course". Il a fallu encore une heure pour terminer, et ce fut une expérience vraiment amusante!

Prodotto di buona fattura, fa il suo ed è abbastanza completo, se si vogliono fare olii essenziali consiglio l'acquisto di un imbuto separatore, la capacità di 50 litri è ottimale per ottenere una buona quantità di prodotto finale. Io a parte ho acquistato una griglia circolare da 38 cm fa inserire nella caldaia in modo da separare l'acqua dalle piante ed estrarre così gli olii in corrente di vapore. Complessivamente per il prezzo pagato fa ampiamente il suo lavoro, lo consiglierei per chi vuole come me produrre olii essenziali. Funziona bene anche per distillati di altra tipologia alcool grappe ecc.

Extremely well packaged and CLEAN. Instructions a little bit vague with regards to the individual parts and how they best connect. Although I have been successful in distilling essential oils in significant quantities, I still dont know if the seals in particular are properly done. YTube wasn't a great resource for this either. The bottom of the main pot is really too thin and will absolutely rock quite a bit on a normal electric stove top. My solution: put a piece of heavy marble on top, which forced the bottom to sit in a concave fashion on the plate. Takes an hour odd of heating to start seeing the hydrosol/ oils to start puttering out when the tank is full. I used a very fine gauge anti splatter ring (for skillet cooking) to sit on top of a vegetable steamer set in the water in the main pot, in order to separate the herbs/plant matter from the boiling water. Works very well. Great piece of kit.
