The instructions for putting the rack together were horrible. I gave up on it because the pictures of each step were unclear. My assistant came in the next day and we finally figured out that the buttons had to face downward in order for the side wing supports could swing out to hold the top of the rack. Also one of the end spacers was bend outward , but we made it work because I did not want to ship it back. The think I do love is the heavy duty wheels . if you could improve the instructions by even adding hints about which way the steels buttons are suppose to point.

I bought this item, and had a little issue with it, and I contacted customer service, though it took a little while, but they ended up solving the problem, thank U VEVOR. The rack was able to take tons of clothes, but still be careful and gentle with it,in order not to damage it.

Holds a lot of clothes and rolls around good very good quality for the amount of money paid l will order this item again when needed

wify liked it alott my self thot it wold be more sturdy and heavy duty

Very sturdy and easy to put together. They were received in a reasonable time. My only issue was one of the poles was misaligned and had to be redrilled to attach with screws.

Nice unit. Works great as a clothes hanger. Quite sturdy. I use it in my spare room for seasonal clothing storage.

This was delived with missing parts. When I contacted Vevor, they did not respond to any of my requests. I wanted either the replacement part or a refund. I got nothing. All I have is a pile of useless junk. This site is a SCAM.

I can’t use them, they did not include the hardware to put them together, I asked for a refund and they said yes they would refund me my whole purchase price, they said it went to Apple Pay and it did not, they keep telling me to be patient they refund is on the way, I feel I got scammed.

Jedyny plus to szybka reakcja sklepu i uczciwy, szybki zwrot pieniędzy.
