I have bought over 50 different products from Vevor. All of them have been great. I bought A/C and used it 1 time for 30 mins, worked very good. It had great air movement and did it's job. I went to turn it back on a week later and only blows hot air. I called, text, chatted, I tried every option for return none were successful. I could not get a response from anyone. The customer service phone number s a joke. Vevor has been great but after my first issue with a product and the lack of customer service. I will more than likely never buy a Vevor again unless it is cheap enough to throw in trash and not worry about it. Product might be good but mine was not. Vevor gets negative stars for the service.

Nous avons reçu ce climatiseur en pleine canicule française comme beaucoup. Après avoir attendu les 24h demandés car le carton n'est clairement pas transporté comme il faut, la fonction climatisation ne produit absolument pas de froid...malgré une demande de prise en charge, cela semble moins rapide pour avoir une réponse de sav que pour prendre notre argent 😬

A réception ce climatiseur ne fonctionne pas. Il démarre sans problème mais aucun refroidissement avec le mode climatisation sélectionné. Evidemment très déçu compte tenu de la météo actuelle...

Well, I’m disappointed. I live in a 240 sqft tiny house. The window unit I have is only rated for 100sqft and it was time for an upgrade with the upcoming heat wave. I ordered this unit and was really looking forward to not using so much power (my window unit does not have a thermostat so it would run continuously) because according to the reviews people were cooling spaces over 2 times the size of my space with ease. With all of the positive reviews, my expectations were high… and they have not been met. The issues I have run into: 1. The remote doesn’t work sometimes even though it has brand new batteries. 2. I have several thermometers in my house and all thermometers will say it’s 75 degrees. I’ll have the unit set to 76 and the unit will still be running. Sometimes there’s a 5 or 6 degree difference in what my thermometers say vs. what the unit says. For example this morning, the unit said it was 78 but my thermometers showed 73 degrees. 3. I have adjusted how I set the unit temperature (based on the thermometer temperatures vs paying attention to the room temp showing on the unit) and the unit runs pretty constantly and after hours of running, the temperature has only dropped down a degree or 2. Additionally, I have the unit under my loft, which you would think would help contain the cool air to allow for the unit to cycle off more often. 4. Bugs get into the exhaust outlet at night - this is easily mitigated with a piece of screen or something but just pointing out because I didn’t consider this when purchasing. 5. The exhaust outlet doesn’t seal tightly so I did have to duct tape it, which is fine, but it is a bit of an eye sore. I read through the troubleshooting section of the manual and double checked everything and the issues are still prevalent. All in all, I’m disappointed that this unit is not very efficient and I will be going back to using the window unit because it cools about the same but uses 1/3 of the power of the vevor unit.

J'ai reçu aujourd'hui le climatiseur, j'étais content le livreur arrive déjà le colis couché alors que normalement bien écrit sur le carton laisser debout et après déballage de celui-ci j'installe tout correctement et dès la mise en route Un bruit anormal d'un ventilateur donc impossible de l'utiliser alors qu'il fait très chaud

We received this AC unit on Tuesday. The item does cool the bedroom. Our complaint is the buttons on top of the unit don't work. If it didn't come with a remote then we wouldn't be able to use the unit at all. We submitted a ticket for technical support since there is no number to call and haven't received a response. Will update review once the item is fixed.

Received the unit, unboxed it, then let it sit for over 24 hours per the instructions before plugging it in and turning it on. The fan does not work at all so no air of any sort comes out. I contacted support and have been waiting on what they want me to do. I finally told them to send a replacement and tell me what they want me to do with the unit that doesn't work. No response yet. Thoroughly disappointed in the service. Oh, I forgot to mention that somehow the screen filter was torn already out of the box, too. I don't know how to take a picture of something not working, so only have a shot of the torn filter

I ordered this more than a month ago but it came with a missing part #2. I requested for the part but it never came so the unit right now is not useable because I cannot exhaust the air to the outside. I’m requesting for a refund from my credit card.instead since I don’t think this is going to get any better.

This was the second portable A/C unit we have purchased (but first VEVOR) to try to cool a 600 SQFT insulated garage. At first the unit seemed to work very well and blew very cold air in the building and very hot air out the exhaust tube to outside. The only problem was it didn't really lower the temperature in our building. UPDATE: After using this unit for 3 months it started quitting after running for 30-45 minutes. After some back and forth because we wanted a refund, VEVOR sent us a replacement unit. We already are having a mini-split installed in the building, so this unit will get repurposed (if it works and stays working!). We would not recommend buying but we were glad VEVOR at least honored their warranty and replaced it.

Both of these products are working exceptionally well. Now let's talk about the ATV sprayer that I bought from you. When it arrived, it seemed to work ok. Then I realized that it was leaking ALL OVER the valve and gauge manifold. Thinking it would be an easy fix, I took it apart and found that all of the threaded connections had never been tightened. But beyond that, I found that the female threading for both the valve and the gauge had been threaded incorrectly during manufacturing/ assembly, then cross threaded, and that there was absolutely no way to repair it. So now the entire spraying unit is absolutely useless to me. Unless you provide me with a new valve and gauge manifold, which I can't seem to find in a parts listing on your website.
