Completely useless.. I tried it in a tiny van and it did nothing at all.. you have to sit directly in front of it . I got a partial refund so basically paid a few hundred dollars for absolutely nothing.. it’s heavy and awkward and heats up more than it cools unless you put the entire back side out the window..

Me ha decepcionado mucho, me estoy planteando devolverlo. Hace mucho ruido da igual que lo pongas en modo noche , yo tengo uno con tres vecess mas potencia y hacen el mismo ruido, cuando se enciende el compresor da una sacudida corta pero intensa que me despierta, la primera vez que lo puse lo dejé encima de un corcho y con una pequeña inclinación me lleno el suelo de agua, y no se puede orientar el flujo de aire hacia los lados solo arriba y abajo. Compre una nevera portatil de cesta marca y dormía con ella en el coche tranquilamente, pero con este aire acondicionado me tengo que poner tapones en los oidos. Después de semanas de ponerles una queja siguen sin darme solución.

Comprato nuovo di zecca dal loro sito e store ufficiale, arrivato in meno di 24h, al primo avvio (secondo procedura da manuale), LA VENTOLA FRONTALE CHE DOVREBBE ESTRARRE L'ARIA FREDDA DAL CONDENSATORE, RISULTA NON FUNZIONANTE. Aperto ticket con l'assistenza, inviato video dettagliati e descrizione del problema( anche se palese dal video inviatogli), dopo 5 giorni pieni devono ancora darmi una soluzione o semplicemente il via libera per aprire il pannello frontale senza rimetterci la garanzia. Quindi ora mi trovo con un prodotto nuovo di zecca, pagato per intero, che mi serve per un viaggio lungo in camper, non funzionante e senza nessun tipo di risposta dall'assistenza. Penso sia palese che l'assistenza guasti/clienti lascia molto a desiderare e non dispongono nè di un numero di telefono per poter parlare con un operatore umano, nè di alcun store fisico a cui appoggiarsi per una sostituzione/riparazione rapida. Una volta che, spero, riceverò una soluzione da parte loro mi guarderò molto bene dall'acquistare di nuovo prodotti VEVOR, l'unico lato positivo è stata la rapidità di spedizione. Vergognatevi

I used this inside my truck while my dogs were in the truck so they would stay cool. My jackery will only power this for an hour! It didn't feel that much cooler in the truck. I vented the unit out my sunroof. I also tried cooling a 16 foot enclosed trailer I was going to use for camping and hunting. I ran the unit off a gas generator. I vented it out one of the side trailer vents. It never cooled the trailer down. It is not powerful enough to cool any space unless you are sitting directly in front of the unit.

Chegou avariado a ventoinha ar frio nao funcionava, contatei o apoio mas nada ficou resolvido fraca assistencia, fogem á garantia, mandei arranjar numa oficina de eletronica paguei 50€ e ficou a funcionar, o barato sai caro.

I am sadly very disappointed in this product, first off it arrived broken/cracked in multiple places. I contacted Vevor and they did refund me $109 from the $309 plus tx that I payed for it. Mechanically it works, but it gives off so much heat that it was not able to cool down my tiny camper a 13 foot fiberglass Trillium. Probably if it's installed in a sealed insulated area with the hose wrapped it MIGHT cool down the area. I myself am not capable of doing that kind of job, nor am I interested in doing that. I would like to be able to return it for a full refund

Weak blower motor. You have to be directly next to it to feel the cool. If you only need during the night, it's good, but if it's hot outside, forget it's even there.

Compré el aparato para una furgoneta cámper de 6m y no enfría nada. Necesito devolverlo y no me contestan con las indicaciones necesarias para hacer docha gestión. Así que estamos muy muy descontentos con la compra y sobre todo, con la atención post venta. Tras esta reseña, me han contestado y me han devuelto el importe. Así que finalmente, tras mucho insistir, se ha solucionado el.priblema. Gracias.
