The product works fine and do the job but it is too noisy. I would say it makes the same noise as a regular shaker. The noise cover is ok but the motor is too noisy. When you select the modes, in the screen says “Mode 2” for example and it should say “Cleaning”. It is a little detail thay adds quality. If you are buying because you need something quieter than normal, I do not recommend.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband last year. Exactly 2 weeks after the warranty expired the blades broke off! It was great while it lasted and we loved the blender but am very upset at the poor quality. If the blades break off while trying to blend frozen fruit you can’t call this “professional “ or “commercial grade “. Very disappointing and frustrating!

If the product is plastic, the seller should clearly state “plastic” in the title, bullet points, and description from the beginning, not rely on customers to guess from pictures. The listing was misleading, the product did not match the impression given by the images, and the after-sales response made the experience even worse. I do not recommend this product or this seller. The listing was unclear, the material was misleading, and the seller’s handling of the return request was very disappointing. This was a frustrating and unsatisfactory buying experience.

The commercial smoothie Blender procured by me was absolutely bad in fucntioning. The smoothie feature doesn't dole the product out as desired. A regular Mixie is doing a better job with making smoothies than this professional Mixie. Very disappointed with my purchase
