Je recommande ce produit par rapport à tous les autres produits sur le net, pourquoi, le prix , la qualité, et ce qui est rare le poids maxi supportable 150 kg, ce qui prouve une résistance accru lors des exercices, pour la concurrence ça tourne à 120 kg maxi, en revanche il y a un problème commun à tous les stepper, et il y a rien à y faire, j'en avait testé pas mal même les plus illustres, il grince après avoir fait les premier 500 à 800 marches celons le réglage du câble pour la force musculaire, en revanche pour le VIVOR c'est supportable car le grincement est très minime. Sincèrement, c'est le meilleur produit que j'ai eu , et surtout le prix, et la rapidité d'envoi, la maison est sérieuse..

It seems very heavily constructed and does come all assembled, you only have to remove the plastic protecting the cylinders, insert the battery and you can use it. As is common for these devices there’s no tension adjustment to make it easier to use so you have to get use to it. I can walk for a long time but could only use this for two minutes at first lol. It store’s easily and is reasonably quiet with no squeak. I have poor balance so I hold onto my exercise bike for support but it does seem to be stable by itself. A good unit at a good price!

Je suis un peu déçue, il y avait un sachet accroché sans pile, et dans la notice aucune référence de batterie et c'est un modèle plus petit que les piles ordinaires , que faire ? Bon l'appareil semble robuste . J'ai hâte de l'essayer.

It is well built and is as described. You will have to make adjustments with the tension knob, and it needs another nut to restrict it from moving naturally during use. This part was perhaps not well thought out as the tension changes through use. The pulley thus will have to be monitored. I prefer to do a lot of steps with lower tension rather than a few tougher high tension steps. A quality product otherwise.

Rating as 1 star because there was no option for 0. The equipment I was delivered may have been faulty, others could not have the same problems. But the stepper I received creaked to the point of the entire unit feeling as though it must have been broke. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be purchasing workout gear from VEVOR again.

I have purchased this mini stepper which was defect. The step altitude is only 2 cm. I have been trying for weeks to send maiils, send videos, writing to their chat, but I nothing saying emails just saying that they will respond. Just repeating the same sentences in new ticket number IDs. It is a terrible experience.

This little stepper seems well-built, though I can't vouch for its long-term durability. Getting it set up is very quick and easy. The stretch bands work, but seem a little too stretchy for me. The tiny LCD display tracks time, steps, and a few other things, but it's not that useful since it's so so small, and it's functions seem finicky. This works as intended, which is as a quick way to do some short exercise sessions in a small space with no set up needed—just step on it and go. As with all steppers like this one, it will provide a small bit of a cardio workout and some conditioning for whatever leg muscles this targets. It might even help with improving balance for those who are getting older. Keep in mind that this is not intended for long sessions. The pistons get hot and its recommended to not use for more than 15 minutes straight. The other thing that would prevent long sessions is that this isn't really a very comfortable machine to use. It's simple to use, but the maximum step height can't be adjusted (the description says it can be, but I haven't figured it out, and it's not shown in the instructions). So, you're limited to a somewhat short motion range, and hitting bottom during the down-step in a clunking manner if you're not careful is easy to do. Also, this particular model has the small twisting motion, which might not be suited for some people. For the price, it's probably worth it, assuming you're actually going to use it at least a few times a week to add a little bit of movement into your daily routine around the house. The way I think of it is not as something that is part of my regular exercise routine, but a way to quickly add some activity for a couple minutes here and there throughout the day, when I might normally just be a vegetable on the recliner. I'll still have plenty of vegy-cliner time, but this stepper is so easy to start and use for 5 minutes that the recliner will see a bit less of me.
