Reitstock musste ich eingestellen. Konische Bearbeitung auch bei kurzen Ausspannungen, da muss ich noch mal ran. Kann nicht sein das man vorn 20,0 und 20,3 40mm spater hat. Die konnten mir im Vorfeld nicht die Grösse der Werkzeuge sagen, ist 16x16. Dann musste ich den Reitstock noch abflexen um am Schlitten vorbeizukommen. Durch die Qualitativ schlechten Bilder kann man nicht erkennen wie man die Klemmungen löst um die Drehzahl zu ändern. Achja diese Ölnippel sind fürn ar...! Ansonsten gut. Für Anfänger echt gut, kann man nicht viel verkehrt machen

Premettendo che il prezzo è senza dubbio ottimo. Rimane da considerare l'assemblaggio complessivo eseguito in modo grossolano, a me e arrivata la macchina con gli ingranaggi del "FEED" abrasi in maniera vistosa presumo perchè l'assemblatore non e stato capace di posizionarli in modo corretto, BRUTTA COSA, la trasmissione a cinghia risulta precaria dopo poche ore una delle cinghie si e disintegrata, infine il cambio velocità eseguibile spostando una cinghia risulta fastidiosissimo a causa della necessita di tendere opportunamente le cinghie, aggiungo che le pulegge sono disallineate e quindi da ciò ne deriva un eccessivo consumo per le cinghie. Va detto che VEVOR informata della cosa non sapeva trovare una soluzione in termini di ricambi, cosi ci siamo accordati per un parziale rimborso e mi sono tenuto il tornio provvederò di mio a risolvere i problemi. Però e un vero peccato che un attrezzo cosi bello venga assemblato non correttamente da personale con scarse capacità in termini di assemblaggi. Ringrazio VEVOR per il parziale rimborso accordatomi sono stati molto gentili e disponibili ma anche loro non avevano informazioni su dove reperire i ricambi, cosi mi devo arrangiare. Saluti

Zuerst, das Gerät ist gut angekommen. Infos über den Versand lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Gerät ist o.k. in der Verarbeitung aber die Bedienungsanleitung ist nur in Englisch (v. China eben) und sehr knapp in der Beschreibung (unleserlich). Manches Werkzeug und Zubehör sollte man nachkaufen. Bin aber froh es zu Besitzen . Wie gesagt, bestellt wird hier nicht in Deutschland, sollte man wissen.

Great "Looking Lathe" however after setting it in place, degreased and lubricated the gearing and track, went to plug it in, (110V Standard US plug... ) Keep in mind we are a full machine shop and this was specifically for smaller items the CNC Lathe is too big for. In the US, we assume the green button means go so we push it with anticipation of the magic happening and POOF, electrical fire, smoke and then nothing... this is the second large ticket item we've tried with VEVOR the first was a three phase converter... same issue and still have not received refund for that one either

Broken ball bearing in the chuck. Everything was instable and wobbly. It took me two days to repair it before I could use it..

steady and follow rest both missing bolts, the carriage wasnt bolted to the ways and it had rattled all over the placed. although the crate it came in was nice.

Gearbox and electronics seem to be of good quality. However, ways have been damaged during assembly or manufacturing. Toolpost has a lot of slack and is difficult to move at the same time. Hand wheels are hard to turn but also very loose. Overall the machine needs a lot of work if you want to make it even remotely accurate.

Headstock tilted down .017 and out. All dovetails had to be remachined and scraped it. Grease and metal dust between all surfaces. This thing couldn’t cut much less hold the tolerances specified. I bought specifically for 32 tpi (listed) yet it will not cut 32 tpi bc it doesn’t come with the gears and isn’t listed in the manual as cutting 32tpi. Which is the whole reason I bout it. Now I have to figure out and purchase gears that should’ve been provided. Not only that. Imperial threads aren approximate and not exact. So it will bond if thread engagement is too long. I used a surface plate and a test indicator and my god nothing was even close to flat and parallel.
