The unit itself seems to be good. Easy to hold and carry. My biggest issue is with the instructions. There were some differences between the assembly instructions and the actual unit that added some confusion. The instructions on usage/settings were rather sparse which left me guessing at what settings to use.

Takes some practice to learn what all the beeps and screen signals mean. Good detector.

The sensor is heavy, however, all the pieces and all the hardware are plastic!!. I can't ger my sensor to actually stay, with the plastic bolts that were provided. Disappointing since I was looking forward to using it this past weekend.

Yeah it's great! super sensitive if need be, probably a bit too sensitive on max settings actually. The end part/pipe is made of plastic for obvious reasons, so just be careful handling it and try not to smash it into the ground and you'll be fine. (The pipe holding the actual search-disk) The search-disk is really solid and definitely waterproof as it is solidified in epoxy resin. The controller is not the best and takes some time getting used to. And the volume of the tweeter is not adjustable unless you use a headset with volume function. All in all though, great detector for the price 👍🏻

Works good. Easy to use and light weight. Comes with little pen detector which is very nice. Would recommend to anybody who likes to look for metals

It definitely takes a while to get used to it and learn what each button does, however once you get the hang of it and start understanding how it operates, you'll find a lot of trash haven't found any rare earths metal, but you'll learn how to pinpoint and dig at the exact spot it tells you where something is.
