Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Metall Aufbewahrungsschrank, Garagenschrank mit 4 Türen 2 Schubladen 2 Verstellbaren Regalen, 1,8m Hochschrank mit 81,5kg Belastbaren Ablegen, Mehrzweckschrank für Garage Büro Werkstatt, Schwarz

I am very impressed with the quality and customer service. I plan to buy more cabinets from the same brand.

The cabinets are sturdy and look nice. They keep the garage neat and organized, and the locking mechanism works well.

Better than I expected. Pretty light weight metal and a lot of screws to assemble. Once I put it together and screwed it to the wall it is pretty solid. As good as you can expect for the price.

The cabinet is great quality for the price. The only reason I marked it down in a couple of places is because customer service was very difficult to deal with as I wanted to order some extra clips so I could put some extra shelves in and it wasn’t impossible to order more clips or even get in touch with somebody to help me with it It was a circular rabbit hole. They had me going down that produced no result and wasted a lot of time. But if you don’t need extra shelf clips, it’s a great cabinet.

Der Schrank ist auch alleine superleicht zusammen zu bauen. Gute Beschreibung, bin zufrieden.

The package came slightly damaged, but when I unpacked it all the long metal pieces were bent and unusable. Returning the package was a royal pain as its heavy and not easy to repack. The packaging was unsatisfactory for such a heavy item, and clearly there is nothing solid in the box other than cardboard and styrofoam. Vevor needs to rethink packaging for such heavy items that are easily dropped or torqued in transit. The refund process took a while, more than a week after they received the package. I would not consider buying anything like this again from Vevor.

I received the product with one broken door and one door that was too big, I'm thinking it was for a different style of cabinet. I have bought so many good things from Vevor that are great quality, I thought it would be no problem get replacement doors. I was wrong. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. For several weeks now I have been chatting with customer service, sending tickets and pictures. They keep saying they have emailed me or will have someone email me again. I've provided pictures now 4 times. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but after several weeks of being blown off, I feel like I had no choice. I have a cabinet sitting in my garage that I can't do anything with until I get the correct doors. I feel stuck as I already built it. So I decided to order the rest of my cabinets from Home Depot. I'm so disappointed.
