This is a high quality ladder when it comes to construction, also the folding feature is great. But definitely not a great design of steps. I used it first time yesterday and my feet has excruciating pain due to standing on the steps for like 5 - 10 minutes. I wish the steps were little wider. I tried wearing a very thick sole shoe, which helped a little but due to the design of steps, it didn’t fix the problem. I wish I had tested it out when I purchased it so I could return it. Now I am past the 30 days window. I hope Vevor can help me out replacing this with a different ladder.

I'll be honest, I like a lot of Vevor products and recommend them. This ladder is a bust. First it's quite narrow compared to other ladder, secondly (and yes I am on the heavy end of what this ladder is rated for) but to look down and see how bent it was under me made me immediately climb down and it has a permanent warp to it after one use.

Product not as described. Not durable at tall heights or when extended to full length.

It was a complete disaster. I didn't receive the ladder. Instead I received a car roof support. I had my money back. That's all. I have nothing more to say. I didn't have the chance to use and test it. Though I still want a ladder like the one I ordered.
