This is my first time purchasing something through this platform. When I received the item, the outer cardboard packaging was completely intact. However, as soon as I opened the package, I noticed several cracks. One of the cardboard packages containing the metal fittings also had several holes in it. Since the item is extremely heavy, I haven't been able to turn it over to inspect the condition of the tabletop yet. I immediately submitted a refund request through the platform and uploaded five photos showing the damage. However, I received no response or confirmation. Just now, I logged into the platform again, resubmitted my refund request, and uploaded the photos once more. This time, I finally received an email confirming that my submission was successful. At this point, I still have no information about how the seller will arrange to collect the damaged item or process my refund.
