Ik heb jullie dieselkachel reeds twee weken in mijn bezit maar ik kan er niks mee want ik krijg hem niet aan !!!!!! Na verschillende pogingen om alles door te meten gaat het display niet aan ( niks in beeld ) maar het display krijgt wel voeding!!!! En ja ik heb de video ook bekeken maar dat had ik dag één al uitgesloten. Er komen van jullie allerlei Emails maar ik kom geen stap verder, in de hoop dat mij iemand mailt dat jullie een nieuw display toe stuurd! Zo langzamerhand ben ik er klaar mee en heb een andere besteld!! Het valt mij gigantisch tegen hoe jullie dit probleem oplossen, maar daar zal de multimedia wel van gaan genieten! It worked for a few weeks at first, but then unusual glitches started and fixing them took a lot of time and effort. Relatively poor quality compared to how well the heater in my car works, which is of course a different brand. I recently got technical support and unfortunately it didn't help and now I'm in a situation where, not having bought an additional warranty, I have to buy a new device because this piece of crap won't start. I seriously doubt I'll buy from the same place. After such an experience, I can't recommend this junk to anyone. I'm not rich enough to buy cheap things multiple times!!!

I am a repeat customer who has bought several products from Vevor in the past, but this is the last time they will ever get a cent of my money. I bought their diesel heater and it was a total lemon right out of the box. The worst part isn't even the broken heater—it’s the fact that they flat-out refuse to stand behind their product. I didn't just rely on the standard warranty; I actually paid extra for a THREE-YEAR extended warranty. Even with that extra protection, they are giving me the runaround and haven't resolved a single thing. To the people saying "it’s only $100, just suck it up"—that is exactly what Vevor wants you to do. $100 is still hard-earned money, and a company shouldn't be allowed to ship trash and ignore their own legal "warranty" promises. I had plans to buy more equipment from them for my shop, but those plans are dead. Current status: My issue is STILL UNRESOLVED. They have my money, they have the extra money I paid for the protection plan, and all I have is a cold garage and a heater that doesn't work. Pros: None. Cons: Defective product, zero customer service, fake warranty, and they don't value loyal customers

Baught this because I want shorter stand alone to put on my sxs for heat. Heater smokes bad. Even after letting everything burn off for 3 hours. Was blowing diesel fumes in the heater duct also. The controller also sucks. I ended up taking my other cheap diesel heater from Amazon apart and installing heater wiring fuel pump and controller on the vevor frame and works flawlessly.
