Unit failed after three weeks of operation with an E-03 code. I was camping with the family in freezing temperatures in the Ozark mountains. Had to drive to the nearest town and purchase a Mr Heater and propane. First contact with “chat” was frustrating and never responded to. Second “chat” four days later, I was told again 1-2 days for the ticket to be responded to. Then disconnected. Third “chat” took 30 minutes and after my request for a supervisor there was no response other than “wait for 1-2 days”. The response finally came two days later. We will send a part, since there is no warehouse near you it will take 10-15 days. Yet when I purchased the unit I had it in two days. Other minor issues: The App no longer connects with the unit and I have tried to delete the App and disconnecting power and rebooting the unit. The clock on the display gains two minutes a day and you can’t turn off the display. The display is mounted next to the door of my Sprinter and it’s just one of those annoying things that bug you every time you see it. I went online to see what code E-03 is and now see that the glow plugs fail consistently. Had I known that I would have purchased a spare. But now I can Wait 10-15 Days for a replacement from VEVOR! The failure of the unit and lack/frustrating response from VEVOR makes this probably my last purchase from VEVOR.

Have an issue where the timer advancec by an extra hour every few days, basically making the timer start function useless. When i contacted customer support i was told that the "time displayed on the screen is designed as an auxiliary timing function and should not be used as a clock". i'd stay clear of this product if you plan to have the heater started by timer.

Works only to lvl 3 anything above the heater overheats, diesel pump is very loud

Worked with it for about 2 hours and it will not heat went through all the steps but looks like I have a defective unit.

Had to turn it off, blower started making horrendous noise like it was about to lock up. Could be very dangerous!

Moi j'ai le 8kw. Le même problème que le chauffage arrête pas à là température max obtenu. Je installé dans une serre. Et le temperature max et assez important. Sur le site de vente de Vevor c'est marqué le température et Réglable entre 0-40 degré celsius. "Son allumeur en céramique assure des démarrages rapides par temps froid". Mais en réalité c'est pas réglable. Ils démarre pas. Plutôt mensongère leur présentation. A quoi ça sert un chauffage réglable lequel ce réglé que par arrêté à la main quand ça devient trop chaud? Ou ouvrir un fenêtre.

De kachel functioneert goed is alleen erg lawaaierig en dat komt voornamelijk van de diesel pomp . Nu hebben wij een stillere pomp besteld maar helaas doet deze het niet . En ja dan begint het we moeten speciale bestanden opsturen filmpje maken . Maar er is niets te filmen doet gewoon helemaal niets . Hun reactie ja nog een filmpje en wat is jullie order nr het staat gewoon bij hun in het systeem en als antwoord soms waterpomp dan diesel pomp nee de service is echt heel moeilijk voor een defecte pomp van 19 euro wat een bedrijf .

Når jeg kjøpte den nye Vevor bluetooth app kontroll diesel varmer 12 v 2 kw så var planen å montere den i båten for å kunne bruke båten noen uker før båten skulle settes på Land. Men jeg har Aldri motatt denne VEVOR Diesel Varmer for jeg har Aldri fått melding fra DHL at pakken var sendt videre til Posten Norge og Posten Norge har Aldri kontaktet meg for å opplyse Meg at jeg skulle betale toll for denne pakken fra VEVOR. Så istedenfor å gi meg kontakt så sendte Posten Norge pakken tilbake til VEVOR. Så hittil har jeg veldig dårlig erfaring med VEVOR og DHL og Posten Norge. Mvh Morten G Vindal

Works ok but is extremely noisy. Control panel is very vague and you cant's select metric units (Celsius) despite following the instructions to the letter. This product is poorly conceived.
