See review I gave for the 2200mm rails which were in the same order. The guide blocks included with these rails are well designed and much easier to attach to my acrylic router plate because the mounting holes are drilled all the way through. I just laid the block on the acrylic and used the holes as a template for drilling.
You should be using the same design blocks for the side rails!!!

The rails are wonderful and work as described. Quality piece. Would have been nice if screws were available as I had to go to hardware store and purchase screws. Also, I would have liked is if the Router Plate was made available, a plate with drilled out holes that match up with the rail slides. If I missed something, please respond back with a part number for the plate....if none available then I will have to make one.......would prefer one that is already made with perfectly aligned screw holes already made. Other than that, good quality and quick shipping...

Great product, works well. They should really have the thread size listed either on the product page, or at least with an insert that comes with the product. The thread size on the blocks are M6-1.0, and the mounting holes on the ends are also drilled for M6. Yes, I docked a star for the trouble of having to figure out the thread size via trial and error, as well as thread depth. Which, with internal threads (especially in aluminum) can easily strip/damage the thread start. Also, the threading is about 1/2\" deep on the blocks. 25mm length M6-1.0 cap screws were about 3/16\" too long when mounting a 1/4\" plate. So, 20mm thread length on cap screws.
