First, I would say, I love the way this chair is designed with the steel framing, which is an upgrade from a chair of a different brand that I ordered, which had cheap plastic aluminum that snapped after only two days. I would have given this a perfect 5 stars. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the padding that comes with it is a little too thin for my liking. I wish it had much thicker padding. I am a big guy, so cushion is definitely needed for my backside. I'm not saying that it's uncomfortable; it could just be more comfortable. Also, it could have come with a footrest pad to rest your feet, so you're not resting them on the hard metal at the bottom. The locking mechanisms are very easy to use. It seems to be sturdy and upright. The chair folds in very easily, almost perfectly, making it easy to squeeze into tight, narrow spaces for storage. It's a little overpriced, since it's very hard to recline back; you have to throw all your weight backward to actually kick it into recline mode. But it's not a bad chair. I was looking for something stronger and more reinforced, and I found it. I bought a protection plan with it just in case I had the same issue as I did with a previous chair of another brand and saw that there was a warranty tag on the chair, which is good, which means it's covered by warranty as well, on top of my protection plan. This chair is rated to hold up to 500 lb. I am about 390 lb and six foot six, so I'm not only a big guy, but I'm also very tall. Hoping this chair will last me for a very long time. I plan to use it daily. Without the padding, I would say the comfort level is pretty good. But with the padding, I just feel like the padding is not thick enough, making me feel more of the under part than the actual padding itself. But it's still a comfortable chair, don't get me wrong. Also, as for the head pillow, it could also be covered with more padding. I feel like it's too meshy and not enough soft, plushy material. If these things could be fixed, I would change it to five stars. I'm still happy enough to keep the chair. I just wish it was slightly more comfortable as far as the padding is concerned. Other than that, it's strong. Reinforcement is exactly what I was looking for; it does not feel cheap; it feels like the material will actually last. It's extremely lightweight to carry. A bit overpriced due to the lack of padding softness for pillow and cushion. Quality would get 4 starts due to the padding although i'm very happy with the way the chair itself is made with the strong steel and how easily it folds in. Features get 5 stars because of what it can do being able to tilt up to 170° angle to the point, it feels like you're almost laying on a bed. Oh, so the cup holder is very nice.It's a place for your phone/tablet drinks and other small personal items can fit on this cupholder. The locking mechanism has a circle hook. So you don't get your finger caught when you are pushing it down and upward to lock it.

It's a comfortable, well made, sturdy chair and Price fairly for my area.

Very comfortable chairs, lovely cushions, reclines easily. A big issue is they appear to be rusting or at least rust stained in less than one month. I worry what they willl be like by end of Summer.

It's wide, it seems heavy duty. It's definately very short. I am 6ft and my feet hang nearly a foot off the end of the chair. I split a pool noodle and put it around the bottom bar so it doesn't hurt or cut off circulation to my foot. If I was able to test this chair first I would not have purchased it but I don't hate it enough to send back.
