I just opened the box for the first time and the bottom of the chair legs are all scratched up as if it was a used item. What a huge disappointment 😞

Satisfactory not great, head rest or lumbar adjustment belt broke while adjusting. Sew it, which i didnt have to, again and worked.

My chair came, I was pretty excited. Until it broke.. The chair is comfortable, and easy to set up. It says the weight limit goes up to 500lbs, I'm not even half of that and the back reclining part broke. The only way to use it now is up against a wall, or I'll fall backwards. I was expecting so much better quality.
