I got the blower and used it. It does a great job for the price. The pull start broke about my 5th time using it and I can’t find a replacement for it and haven’t gotten any response from support.

Everything was going smoothly since I received it about a month ago then out of nowhere the starter pull cord would not retract when pull to start rendering the backpack blower useless. Have contacted Vevor support but have not received a reply yet as to a resolution.

Good machine for the money however, I filled up with fuel started it and blew my leaves as expected, when I walked back down the garden I noticed 2 bolts on the floor! I picked them up and saw both bolts had aluminium casing in the threads! They have obviously been over tightened in manufacture and the threads stripped causing them to vibrate loose! I found their place, the top 2 bolts in the recoil starter mechanism! I have put threadlock on them but there is nothing in the case to tighten it to so it is only held in by the bottom 2 bolts. I cannot return it as it has petrol in the tank! How can this problem be rectified please?

Je n'ai jamais réussi a le faire partir. Après une demi journée a essayer et les bras complètement en compote, j'ai changer la Spark Plug, et j'ai découvert également que le choke était inversé. Côté qualité je m'attendais a une coche eu dessus. La gâchette de gaz en gros plastique , les rallonges de tuyau qui ne tiennent pas super bien ensemble et la mini vis difficile a installer. Bref je suis toujours hésitante a le garder . Côté puissance, il fais la job et avec l'embout final que tu peux diriger du sens désirée c'est un gros plus pluss!

Received damaged container to mix the fuel that’s leaking and the pipe is damage in one place. I need replacement for these parts.

2nd time starting it the recoil broke i message customer service and they never got back to me yet. Bought for leafs job and now I cant do them:(

This item broke on the second use and the company is failing to provide a refund. Heed the warning of the bunch of others with this product stating the starter breaks.

Worked the first 2 times. Then on the third time the pull string won't recoil back. Ticket has been opened but it's been a few days now and so far only got a reply saying they will look into it. Customer support is really slow. Will update review once I hear back from them

This was my second vevor 79cc purchase and what was I thinking it would be different the second time. I assembled the machine and after the third pull on the recoil starter the cord wouldn't retract. The recoil spring broke on this brand new unused blower. I will be contacting customer service.

Broke the first time I used it. It's repairable but where can you get Parts?
