Worked great in beginning , but failed in one year of operation the pull cord no tension no readily aftermarket compatible parts I could find online trying to see if I can find parts on here I’m waiting for a return response I will try product purchase one more time a different model and purchase a 3 year warranty with new purchase , smh

Purchased this blower August 2026 though it is plenty powerful and blows great it is not reliable due to its failing recoil spring. After three uses pull cord would not recoil. Contacted VEVOR and they sent me another after three weeks. Replaced it and after four starts same problem, pull cord will not recoil. When able to start it works great but starter assembly is extremely weak. Giving three stars for it’s power and customer service if not for that would have given a zero seeing that I’m not able to use it.

2nd time I used it the recoil spring broke, was able to carefully re-bend the spring to make it work again but very fragile. Breaks where the spring attaches to the recoil housing. I need to find a new spring and buy some extra ones. Otherw.ise when it works it moves the leaves extremely well

Great power. Not sure if it was bad luck but just today on the 4th time I was going to use it since purchased, the choke cord wouldnt retract itself, so I couldnt start the unit. Gotta open it up tomorrow and see if its repairable.

I ordered the backpack leaf blower and it arrived this past Monday. It started up and running great but the pull cord spring broke on the third time I started it and now the pull chord will not repack. It will not start now due to the broke wind up spring. So now I cant use it anymore until I get the part or parts it needs to be able to use. A little disappointed with the product for that reason

I have had this unit for about 2 months. When working it was great plenty of air and movement BUT. The pull start rope return spring broke. I put a ticket in for just the part to be sent to me an I would install it. It has been over 2 weeks and still no spring Maybe this will get me help ?!!! Just a spring !!!

The unit started right up and is powerful. After 2 time of use the pull cord is already broken. Hopefully they can send me a replacement part.

I’ve only used it twice first off the motor would go up and down and lose power. I sent a message and they wanted me to video it for them. When I went to start it to video the recoil start fail apart now I can’t even start it. I’ve tried to find the recoil to order so I could video but I can’t even do that on your site.

Recoil spring broke on the first use. Contacted customer service so they can send me a replacement. It’s been two weeks now and no show
