Top cutter was resembled backwards. It took about an hour and a half to take it apart and put it on correctly. After that it worked well.

It cuts well but when I went to assemble it two of the bolt holes were not threaded so i could not assemble it correctly

Nice products. Great price however very difficult to cut with. It takes full body weight and I'm a 200 lb man to snap a a plank. In addition to that, they have no squaring edge. You have to line it up with the screws in order to get a square cut.
Could be better very easily.

This product did not meet expectations at all.
The assembly instructions were absolutely terrible. Hard to read and small print.
The screws that came with it didn't fit - they were too long. The aluminum in the body was too soft so when you put a little pressure on it the screws gave out and the arm attachment was broken
The ad said that the product could cut laminate up to 12 mm. It doesn't work. The knife is not good enough. It might work on thin vinyl flooring. I would advise my acquaintances not to buy products from their website.

Bought it to cut 12mm flooring and the flooring just laughed at it, blade didn't even get half way through. The fixings for the handle needs to be rethinked as I would only imagine it would do a days work of cutting 6mm for it to break

I was so excited to get this as I have a flooring job next week, not going to work at all! Handle faces the wrong way, screws to hold handle on are far too long and bottom out before securing handle to bar. Assembly directions are terrible, I am a 29 year contractor so I figured it out but the handle thing makes it no usable

The cutter won't cut the size plank they claim. They state it will cut up to 16mm. I couldn't get it to cut 14mm,
