Pendant le montage sur une charnière du bas les billes pour le glissement se sont enlevées de leur logement ,j'ai été obligé de tout démonter pour les remettre , sinon le produit est de très bonne qualité et assez simple pour les installer . Bravo à vous

The unit came in good time as indicated. The quality is very good. One issue I had with customer service was that they did not have detailed data about the product. Whenever you are installing an item as part of a construction project one should have better details about the product install and clearances or the customer service folks should know the product in detail. I strongly suggest you require your suppliers to provide extremely detailed instructions. More than were available. Or provide a way for customers to get detail from the supplier. Also I suggest improving your return policy. It is blatantly different from your presentation and deceiving on Vevor’s part.

The pictures in their instruction package is lacking in clarity and detail. I had to ask for further instructions on where one arm that attaches to the pull-out piece should be installed. The video is perfectly clear. The paper installation instructions are not.

The unit was exactly as described. However be aware the unit needs an extra consideration of its measurements. The baskets need about one and a half inches of clearance to operate. When the shelf is pulled out it creates a 1 and 1/2 in spacing which depending on your cabinets isn’t compatible. In addition to the total height and width you need to consider clearance for the unit to be pulled out and pushed over. VEVOR customer service made efforts to correct for the discrepancy but know the basket won’t when inside the cabinet needs less than 1 and 1/2 inches to move freely and if this isn’t possible know the unit will NOT operate as intended and require modification to work.

It could have been 5 stars. The product is fantastic. The instructions are atrocious. Even in the era of pictures, these fell far short of being helpful. It was more a checklist for someone who has done several of these. Information that would have been helpful before purchase: 1. Part B must be installed flush with the side of the opening. We installed on the right. The right side was set back 1-1/8" from the opening. We had to shim the right wall. 2. There is no installation video. 3. This presumes no existing door opening on the left (as ours does). Instructions needed during install. Step 3 was "Attach link C to the frame". Even the exploded view was unclear how to accomplish said task. Not state was that you needed to attached the curved bracket using screws H BEFORE attaching to the brackets of parts B and A. It took us a couple of hours to figure that out. Mostly because where H screws in is hidden. You have to be inside the cabinet space to make the attachment for H. Also unclear was the orientation of the plastic parts F. Thankfully for us we could skip Steps 4 and 5. We ended up throwing away parts D and I due to our pre-existing door.

User manual is the worst one what I have ever seen. The package doesn’t contain those screws what it should be based on the user manual. The pictograms are useless they cause a lot of headache …

NEED TO HAVE FULL HEIGHT DOOR. Most blind cabinets come with drawer on top so this was too high.
