I bought this mixer in May 2025 and have been using it strictly as directed, never overused it, always followed the instructions. Unfortunately, the quality has been very disappointing. • First, one of the accessories broke early on. Customer service couldn’t replace it, so they issued me a refund for the accessory. • Now the main mixer itself has failed. It makes abnormal noises and shuts off every time I turn it on, making it completely unusable. • After waiting 48 hours for a reply from customer service, their response was to ask if the issue might be because I “set the timer too short,” which doesn’t make any sense and feels dismissive instead of helpful. Overall, I expected a reliable machine, but instead I’ve had constant problems and unhelpful support. I would not recommend this mixer to anyone.

I purchased this machine less than 2 months ago along with a warranty and spent over $1000. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the support so far. After only a short time of normal use, the machine suddenly stopped working and will not power on at all. Before submitting my warranty claim, I took several steps to troubleshoot the issue thoroughly. I tested the machine using multiple working power outlets to rule out any electrical supply problems. I checked the power cord and plug to ensure there was no visible damage or loose connection. I attempted to reset the machine using all available reset buttons and followed the recommended restart procedures. I also made sure that all components, including the bowl and safety locks, were properly assembled and securely in place, as the machine will not operate if anything is misaligned. Despite all of these efforts, the machine has a burning smell and remains completely unresponsive and will not turn on. I want to add that we use this machine only a couple times a week and for no longer than 10 minutes. I submitted a warranty claim immediately (the warranty that I paid extra for) with video proof and provided a detailed description of the issue, but it has now been two days with no response. When a product fails this quickly, especially in a commercial setting, timely customer support is critical. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and I’m hoping my case will be escalated after this review

My order was on December 6th2025. Today is January 6th 2925. No gift for my Daughter this year due to the delayed delivery and no information on when the delivery will be. The customer service reply was please be patient and give us a few more days. Not happy with the delivery process.

Worst customer service ever. I have opened 3 tickets and 2 refunds tickets. I get preprogrammed responses. No help. Assuming issues were fixed . NO. This was purchase by me for a family member opening a new business. They can’t even use it. We have trued everything, downloaded the manual. Bought a grounding cord, nothing, no response from vevor to even try to help us. Do frustrating, I want a REFUND ASAP with a prepaid shipping label if you want it back. 9 I had to buy somewhere else. Now I have double the money out that I cannot afford . Buyer be aware The beater hits the bottom of the bowl. Just another defective item Vevor has sold me and they are not doing a dang thing about it. I will never shop on here again.

Vevor did not correctly submit my shipping information to the logistics company, causing this mixer to be returned to Vevor. Vevor then increased the price by over 100$ in the time it took my package to be re-routed. I routinely order 1000$ orders from Vevor, and still received terrible service. I would spend your money elsewhere, or order from a different website as Vevor will not make sure they take care of their customers.

They sent me a mixer, it's not in working order, I asked to return it and in the end I was offered to return $500 and keep it for myself, I agreed, but in the end this mixer is not suitable for work at all, it can't knead soft dough. I ask you to return the full cost and give me the mixer. They don't answer me and they don't take action!

It seems that the machine is old and completely damaged. This was not expected from a reputed company like Vevor. We needed it on an urgent basis, and because of this issue we are now losing business.
