Am very pleased with the mixer. It will cut my dough making time in half. Would suggest the instruction booklet give step by step instructions for use. I originally could not get it to work and had to watch a tik tok video to get it going. Things such as timer has to be on and safety gate must click closed are important. But operation is great.

This mixer is a great product, 120V, heavy that it does not start to “walk away”, perfect for the quantities of dough I need in my micro-bakery (up to 4 kg dough), easy to clean and operate. I am quite satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

Works great. Bought it for my wife who makes 30 loaves of bread a week. Lots of power, relatively quiet for the size. Will see how well it holds up, but so far happy!

This thing is a beast! We own a micro bakery and use his frequently. The price was amazing as we also own a Kitchenaid which is only half the size for the same price. Highly recommend

A year and a half in light commercial use and works well, The only complaint is the stainless steel piece that swings to hold the bowl in place need a better bolts and fastener design. I replaced the bolts with better shoulder bolts and springs and it is fine.
