Works at it should

I use the mixer daily. It does not grab the ingredients on the side very well. You cannot lower the whip enough to grab everything. Don't put anything on the table next to it. It will end up spilling or on the floor from shaking.

It's too small for a pizza business

My Kitchen aid cost me 300 more and broke. This will do what I need

bon achat

Love it and works great

einfach super

I bought this for home use yesterday it is large but it is almost completely stainless and metal. The Bosch hone mixer that was stainless actually is stainless wrapped plastic and came apart while hand washing and has plastic that does not hold up to bread kneading not to mention smaller capacity but cost a couple hundred more. I am happy with my purchase no frills just basic low med high has mixer wisk paddles and dough hook. I can quadruple my recipe and still have room thats 8 loaves kneaded at once!

For the price it has performed as well as our Hobart mixer. We bake a lot of cookies and brownies with this every day. Works exceptionally well for 1/3 the price, as a small business owner every purchase is directly related to profit or loss.
