This is an excellent food processor. Help prepare food fast. I love it.

We make curry. Normally using a large Ninja Food processor it takes us about 6 hours to make 6 batches, once the ingredients were roughly chopped for mixing of the curry. With the Vevor food chopper, we can make 6 batches in about 1 hour. It's amazing and reduces your mixing and chopping times dramatically by combining the two together. No more chopping with this device, then placing in a separate bowl, then re-combining for mixing, etc. It all gets done in one machine. It chops and mixes everything evenly and thoroughly. It chops and mixes whole dried chilis and lime leaves with ease. It's large capacity (18L) is a blessing!! Motor is very powerful, but be aware to add a few of your ingredients together and chop/mix. If you add too much without chopping, then you will most likely need to remove some ingredients and allow it to process the smaller amounts before adding more into it. But once it starts turning, it's game on!!

I would like to return this item because it is not working as expected. Specifically, the chopping function does not work properly. We have already submitted a return request and sent a video demonstrating the issue. Please provide a return label so we can ship it back. For context, we recently purchased a different VEVOR item, and that one works perfectly.

Received the Food Processor, it works, the plastic swivel arm broke, contacted their customer service for replacement 6 times already and all I get is an automated response that they will respond asap. They are very non responsive and it seems that after you buy you are on your own, it’s been 3 weeks and absolutely no meaningful response yet. Very frustrating. This is a waste of money.

We bought this equipment not even 6 month old it broke and we purchased the warranty 3 years. When we tried to ask for repairs of the broken equipment they said they don’t have the equipment and they want us to return it for a refund in the original box. How can they sell protection. Warranty and they can’t honor Reapir and replacement after 3 month.
