Kundenbewertungen für VEVOR Kommerzieller Wasserhahn mit Vorspülbrause, 915 Höhe, 30,5 cm Schwenkauslauf, Küchenspülenarmatur zur Wandmontage, Gerät aus Messing mit Ausziehbarer Brause, für 1/2/3-Fach-Spüle

Installed by licensed plumber, had them return twice yo fix leaks all over this unit, now the hot water side doesn’t work.

I recieved this item, set it up. It never got hot. I wrote many times and no resolutions. So I have a piece of junk and paid a lot of money for it.

No water on the hot side after instalation...sad because Im opening my restaurant soon now this will be a delay if they don't resolve the issueThe gasket inside came broken....I have to clarify that out of the 2 I bought only one came damage.

All I can say you better not order the wrong size or type. Vevor advertises "free returns", but this is NOT true. Your 'reason' for the return must qualify under their pre-established list of "acceptable" reasons for a FREE return. If it doesn't, you are pressured/offered into accepting a limited 'pay off' payment. Along with an explanation of "a return is a costly and complicated procedure" (THEIR WORDS EXACTLY)

Do not buy this product. It started leaking within two days of use.not recommended at all. Getting refund or exchange is almost impossible from vevor. They will ask you 100 questions and offer you $22 dollars when you paid over $200. Customer service is bad.

After one order my account was flagged for no reason and I have been unable to place my second order. Made several efforts to reach customer service but no phone contact. Horrible experience

Their return policy is to charge you shipping plus only give you less 1/3 of what you paid fpr the item. So you basically send them a brand new item back and get nothing in return. Then they resell it at full cost.

Cheap gaskets unit leaves cant use in a 3 bay sink. Have to tighten every day would not recommend or buy again

Very poor quality and poor customer care.
