We purchased this VEVOR Commercial Tomato Slicer for use in our restaurant, and it has been a fantastic addition to our food preparation equipment. When you're preparing tomatoes regularly for burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items, having a reliable slicer makes a huge difference. This unit makes quick work of slicing tomatoes into consistent, even slices, saving considerable prep time compared to cutting everything by hand. The heavy-duty stainless steel construction feels solid and well-built, and the non-slip feet help keep the slicer stable during use. The different cutting thickness options are a nice bonus, giving you flexibility depending on what you're preparing. One of the biggest advantages is the consistency. It is harder to use for some of the bigger beefsteak tomatoes but once you get them in the holder, it works great! A decent product for the money. It functions as described. Changing blades is a little tricky, but we wouldn’t do that very often in this application. A good labor saver for people that don’t know how to use a knife.

Awesome for our commercial kitchen! works easy and slices very fast. We replaced our mandolin with this. Much better!

Harder to use than I thought, but also sturdier than I expected so it doesn't worry me. Make sure the blades are really tight. Not really worth using different sizes than 3/16, but getting the extra spacers means extra replacement blades for the future.

J'ai un food truck Burger frites, excellent pour couper les tomates et uniquement que les tomates fermes. Ne fonctionne pas pour les oignons. Rapide et efficace facile à nettoyer, attention les doigts.

Love the ease of use on this a bit disappointed it does not cut other things. Difficult to change blades but found the one I want.
