Oven instructions basically give instructions for cutting the oven brick. This should have been done at the factory. Thermostat and temperature gauge are no where close . Then the instruction for return say it must be returned in the original box. You need to cut the box to get it out. Original box should not be required for a return. Mm the price was good

"Don't waste your money! This pizza oven is complete trash. It worked for only one use and then stopped working forever. I'm really regretting this purchase."

The first 16 inch countertop pizza oven I bought was and is still amazing. I knew at some point I would need a second one. When I purchased the second, it had a smaller brick that left an inch gap. It took weeks of back and forth to try to work out the situation. On the fourth of July (yesterday) I paid to vend pizza at a fireworks shows. This was the first time I plugged in and used the second oven. The lower heating element does not work and the large gap has sauce and cheese from the edge of the pizza spilling into the bottom of the oven. This in turn killed my times and I lost sales. I really was depending on vevor to try to use in my business. I don’t really know what to say except I am saddened and this damages trust in the company. Now I need to buy a third oven when I could use this money to buy the many other things I need for my food truck.

Pas convaincu par ce four.
