Love the ease of use on this a bit disappointed it does not cut other things. Difficult to change blades but found the one I want.

Okay, I did not shop to much so not the products fault so I did not deduct any stars. However, Vevor has a verticle unit where you pull down on the handle instead of pulling it sideways, and I believe it has multiple slicer plates which would be nice. No doubt about it this slicer save time, a LOT of time. We freeze dry jalapenos, pears, and process onions, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers from the garden. This machine when you need it is well worth the money. I just wish I had the verticle model with multiple plates that would give us some choices on slice size. If you are going to buy, go ahead and spend a bit more and you can thank me if you ever use the sideways version, LOL.

Confrontato con il tagliapomdori orizzontale è piu veloce, sucuro e robusto, anche se occupa piu spazio, sarebbe stato ottimo se avesse avuto le gambe ripiegabili come sembrava. Il sistema per ridurre lo spessore di taglio sovrapponendo i due taglieri funziona solo con patate e pomodori un po acerbi o frutta simile. Arance e limoni si spappolano.

This slicer is great functionally but lacks quality for daily use. The blades dull real fast and cutting with the dull blades requires force that quickly exposes the low quality of the build. I love VEVOR products but price point is not the only factor that should be looked at when designing a product. A few bucks more invested in the durability of the product would be great and I’d be more than willing to pay for it.

Potatoes get stuck every time . You need a lot of force and even then they get stuck - I’ve resorted to using a £15 manual chipper that works better . Waste of money

Disappointing purchase, purchased to slice vegetables but quite hard to use, also a bit of slop in mechanism means blades touch pusher with the 1/4” cutters installed

I used this slicer 2 times in a month and on the second use the pusher head hit the blade and busted the blade. I reached out to customer service for a replacement pusher head and a blade. I first reached out to customer service on 12/3/24 and the date of this review is 12/17/24. 2 weeks of going back and forth. They refuse to address the issue with the pusher head stating that it is okay to use. It literally has shards of metal hanging off of it. They say oh its fine to use, it doesn't affect anything. like really? I have repeatedly told the customer service rep that it is used in a commercial setting and is a major food safety hazard for my customers as well as a safety hazard for my employees when they wash it. Customer service is an absolute joke. I have already started the process of disputing the charge with my card company. Absolute trash customer service and absolute trash company. Stay away from purchasing through them.
