This slicer was purchased to help us with a school food program. It slices very well and is a sturdy machine. The slide tray is a bit lite for the machine but that is minor. Good product overall

I've used this a few times now to cut slices of home made pastrami. It handles thin to thick cuts really well.

I've had this for over a month so far and I am pleased with it so far. It slices meats thin or thick for the size I need. I replaced my hobart with this slicer and I am pleased so far. Only thing is wish it had a fully removable blade guard so it would be easier to clean. Other then that I am very pleased
