Little complicated and lot of messy without the dome cover *sold separately* Kids enjoyed it, machine performed great used about 2lbs of sugar for lots of candy and practices for many people.

We have been having a lot of fun with this machine. There is some what of a learning curve, but pretty easy to navigate!

Einfach zu bedienen, hab mir noch die Abdeckung gekauft, sehr zu empfehlen wenn nicht der ganze Raum voll Zuckerwatte sein soll :-)

We ordered two machines and two covers for a new fundraising opportunity. Once machine and one cover was in perfect condition, no issues. Second machine came dented , right out of the of box/foam blocks with no sign of damage to the outter box it came in.... and this machine made a louder noise than the other machine when in operation. Even though we submitted pictures to VEVOR customer service, we only got the cover replaced ( thank you) but are having difficulty getting the other machine replaced ( or at least ship a new part that is dented). When not damaged, the machine works well but the plastic covers are fragile. We are keeping the boxes and foam blocks to help protect the covers & machines during transport.

I used it twice and its pretty easy to use. the only problem is to clean the machine. you have to unscrew the bottom which is ok but once you have a coat of dried sugar on it it becomes harder to disassemble and clean.

Prima machine om suikerspinnen mee te maken. De kom is groot genoeg om een fatsoenlijke suikerspinnte draaien. Min punt is wel dat er niet standaard een kap op zit. Als er een beetje wind staat waait de suikerspin snel alle kanten op.

You would need hours to make this, the machine seems to overheat and smokes, it’s extremely hard to try to scrape the cotton candy from the sides as it sticks when it’s being made, it’s also dangerous to try to grab the candy with the center spinning, we definitely won’t be using this ever again!

It didnt meet my expectations. It spreads a lot traces of sugar crystals during the flossing process.

Purchased this CC machine for my food boat. I use it 3 times. made maybe 9-10 CC orders. A wire under the motor came off and threw it out of balance. I tried to clip it back on but it just kept coming off. I bought the extended warranty. It was maybe a month that I had it. I submitted a ticket and was told they didnt have a replacement they could send. They offered me less than half of the purchase price not including tax and warranty. I went back and forth with CS for weeks to get it worked out. They would not send a replacement and finally refunded 95% of the purchase price and tax but not the warranty even though it was still under the manufacture warranty time. I would not buy another item from this company. CS is horrible and takes forever to get a response. I can not have equipment down for that long that I use for my business.

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday party tomorrow and the package arrived broken. I even peed for the shipping protection.
