Easy to operate, everything is convenient. But it works very loudly, like a tractor.

Unfortunately I wish I had spent the extra on a machine that would actually work with a high quality soft serve mix. Our dole whip sets up just fine in a cone, but I've tried 2 different higher quality soft serve mix and the machine doesn't get cold enough to make the vanilla set up in a cone. Very disappointed.

Gabor Crashed after 2 days
6L*2-R1
The machine was working fine only for 2 days. After 2 days of usage one of refigerant pipes just got broken and all of refigerant gas leaked.
After contacted with customer support, they did not suggest and repairing service or replacement of device. Just suggested me some money back and requested me to call some expert who is fixing the pipe issue and filling up with gas.
This happened and the expert mentioned that temperature of the compressor within the machine is exremely high (>100 °C), which is not normal as well as the compressor is shaking some much within the machine and most probably this caused the pipe breaking.
Now I requested to the machine get completely replace as per it cannot be repaired due to there is no possibility to buy a new compressor to the machine.
