I need to get 2 of this ice cream machine returned I only wanted 1 how do I get these ship back and my money back

The soft serve machine has worked great as suggested. Instructions or a little vague. Does not mention what some settings exactly mean. Never clear on what a plastic or steel hopper means for the puffer tubes but the send them with other it. What is a plastic hopper compared to what I received? Overall it has performed great.

Good machine for the money. We are using it for events where high volume is required. It can almost continuously serve Ice Cream.

I have an Electro Freeze and now this Vevor ice cream machine. The Electro Freeze is a quality machine but WAY over priced. The vevor is a much lower quality machine but it still does the job exactly as the Electro Freeze machine does. It just may not last as long but for $2,000 it's worth my time and money! I do not like the operating instructions though. This would be my biggest complaint. It's fairly straight forward but there are a few idiosyncrasy I would have like to have a manual to help my understand and make use easier. Also if you drain the ice cream from the handle don't do it unless the unit has been on clean mode for at least 5 minutes or the cylinders will freeze and you won't be able to get them to move.

Affordable, easy to use, fraction of the price of other units. Works as expected. No complaints as of yet. Freezes up quite Quickly.

Provata senza istruzioni basta guardare e capire è uscito il gelato perfetto spero solo che la macchina sia fatta bene e non mi crei problemi

Super Maschine, macht Spaß und funktioniert bestens.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Très facile à utiliser , machine top . Prise en main très facile , nettoyage très simple . Besoin de 45min pour avoir les premières glaces .

This machine is easy to use and creates smooth, creamy soft serve ice cream in under 20 minutes! Serving pineapple dole whip ice cream has been the perfect addition to our Polynesian themed backyard and has been a hit at every party we have had since we got it. We did have a bit of an issue at first. The voltage was set too high and the machine was throwing an error code (I believe it was U8) and kept tripping the breaker in the house. My husband reached out to Vevor and they responded quickly by email with step-by-step instructions on how to turn it down on the machine, and my friend’s husband installed a designated line in our kitchen for the machine. After that, all worked beautifully!
