Machine acheté et mise en service par contre elle se met en défaut toutes les 2 min puis repart toute seule !! aucun moyen d'identifier l'origine le réglage a été réalisé selon les préconisation du manuel en terme de température et concentration de sucre !!

The machine works for cold drinks but it does not make slushy i have emailed the company several times I'm waiting on an answer. I would like a full return or a new machine.

I purchase a slushi machine that I tried to use and it didn't work. The machine gave me a hr error message which translate to temperature sensor being broken. Need phone number to send slushi machine back to seller or where it can get fix.

The price is decent. You get what you pay for. Handle is very flimsly. Hopefully it wont break or fall apart. The back legs shoud be closer to the back as the machine tilts to the back when you puch the handle to dispence. We had to put a piece of wook under the back legs so the machine does not tilt backwards. The rest remains to be seen!

The machine works pretty fine, although I find that I usually have to set the right side of the machine a bit colder than the left side, to come out with the same consistency. Also the machine came very oily, and I had to wash out the whole machine, for a long time to get rid of the oil. It looked kind of used when it arrived!

Easy to use and was great for just under a year in our concession stand. Broke this weekend. The concession stand is closed and heated during the winter so really only used it for under 6 months. Disappointing but for the price I guess that's what we get.

Despite these assurances, several months have passed and I have received neither the slushie machine nor the promised refund. The most frustrating part has been the lack of follow-through. While support acknowledged the issue and agreed that a refund was warranted, the refund was never processed, and I have been unable to get a meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from this company. I paid for a product that never arrived and was promised a refund that I still have not received.
