Ice maker works great so far. I was originally shipped the wrong product and had to drive one hour to bring it to a fedex location to ship it back. I then had to wait for them to receive it before my ice maker was shipped. I did get the product eventually but had to spend a good bit of my own time and money to fix a mistake that I didn’t make. No discount was offered to correct this. Not sure I would do business again.

Storage is smaller than calculated. Machine works well. I had to put in on blocks to make it tall enough to reach well.

Not too impressed at this point bought it June 6th today July 7th it's has stopped making ice with an e2 code

This definitely does not store 33lb of ice. False marketing I guess. But aside from the storage bin, it’s a great machine to have.

Received damage could not use freon was all over the inside box an damage tp unit straight out of box.it split cannot use.There is no number to call had to put ticket in fot a email request back. Ill update as I get a response

Absolut enttäuschend, nie wieder VEVOR! Die Eiswürfelmaschine funktioniert ständig nicht und ist für unseren gewerblichen Einsatz absolut unzuverlässig. Aktuell ist sie wieder seit über einer Woche außer Betrieb und wir müssen auf eigene Kosten Eiswürfel kaufen. Noch schlimmer ist der Kundenservice: praktisch nicht existent. Wir haben bereits mehrfach Kontakt aufgenommen und jedes Mal wird uns gesagt, dass sich jemand bei uns melden wird. Es passiert einfach nichts. Wir warten seit Wochen auf eine vernünftige Lösung. Wir haben für diese Maschine bezahlt und zusätzlich eine Garantie. Trotzdem bekommen wir weder eine schnelle Reparatur noch einen vernünftigen Service. Was bringt eine Garantie, wenn sich im Schadensfall niemand kümmert? Für ein Unternehmen, das auf diese Maschine angewiesen ist, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Produkt und insbesondere mit dem Kundenservice.

Nach nicht einmal 2 Monaten kommen Fehlercodesund die Maschine produziert kein Eis mehr

We were so excited to get our ice maker!! Upon setting up everything seemed ok until the ice started making. We noticed around the plastic door there’s no seal and it was open at least a 1/2” all around allowing space for flies to enter (and I’m assuming other debris). We reached out to customer service asking if there’s a resolution to this and did not receive an answer. Then we noticed that the ice was not starting frozen so the drain was constantly expelling water which is just throwing all the water away. As of today the only resolution they offered was to return the ice maker which is what we did. I’m so disappointed.

I’ve had several problems out of this unit. Which has surprised me. I use a lot of vevor products. And I mean a lot. And they all work flawlessly. But this ice machine has been problems since about 3 months of using it. I bought this for my church. And it has went down several times. Once the control board went out. But Vevor supplied a replacement. But it is down now. And I am going though the warranty process now.
