Update: ice melts this is not a freezer that keeps it completely frozen. We are going through about 5 gallon bucket drain per week so you gotta make sure you add that to the water .. OK, now here’s my review on the icemaker. My wife and I were going back-and-forth as which one to get either a countertop for chips or this one for squares. I won, and so far it’s been fantastic. Granted it hasn’t been set up this morning. Very east set up and comes fully set up. I would’ve gave it five stars other than the cons that I had. Pros: 1. Ice scoop is nice and metal 2. Super simple connections 3, I had this going in within the first hour. It was 1/4 way filled. 4. Ice cub sizes and cleaning modes are great 5. 120lb vs 100lb which is great for parties and events. It also makes it very fast and keeps up. 6. Interior blue light. Cons: 1. No filter had to buy separate. 2. I ended up connecting this out in my garage. It is fairly loud. I don’t recommend having it indoors unless you can put it in a separate room. 3. I have this straining in a bucket and I think I’m gonna have to buy a pump in order to get it uphill because the way that they have the outlet is so low the ground. 4. You can’t level feet they are fixed. Overall this is a fantastic by and I would definitely 100% by it again. The quality of the machine overall is fantastic. I love this stainless steel and I can’t believe how fast it makes ice. I went with this option over the hundred lb options because it doesn’t fill all the way up and I wanted to be able to get an extra 20 pounds. The reason I bought this is because I am working from home now and I need to make iced coffee at home and we have a small ice machine in the house.

Did not come with instructions or the accessories to connect water also no ice scoop

Bought this to use for a memorial service for my dad‘s funeral. We were having over 100 people and I didn’t wanna have to keep buying ice since we were doing it outside and it was hot. I’m also a business owner so it was a no-brainer that we could use this in the office. Put it out of the box, read the directions, set it up and nothing. After 24 hours of nothing we had a friend who has an HVAC specialist come and look at it to see if he could get it working before the service. After testing it and looking at it over, he determined that there’s an internal issue with the motherboard. I’ve tried for two days to get someone from VEVOR to help me with this issue to no avail. Would really like to keep this if it was working, but since it’s not, I would appreciate them sending me a new one and then I can send this one back in the box that the new one comes in. Time will tell what VEVOR decides to do.

The instruction manual, despite being like 25 pages long, is basically useless. I read it front to back three times and still haven't gotten this machine operating without a leak 2 weeks later. Instruction manual says "make sure to install everything properly" and gives you no instruction on what "properly" is, which is frustrating. There's no start up guide or installation guide. The manual also doesn't tell you that to use it just with bottled water, you need to cap the other water line or it will leak from the other line, and it doesn't come with a cap. Then it doesn't tell you what the thickness settings are, which are -7 to 15 (?????? who chose this scale??), and 15 will freeze up the entire ice tray. The manual also doesn't explain all the features you can set using the display, which is extra confusing because there are a lot of features I know I can access I just don't have a guide on it. You ALSO need a pump for the drain pipe if you don't have a floor drain, but it doesn't give you a compatible model or any info on what kind or how big or anything, and it is only gravity fed so you have to have the ice maker high enough up to gravity feed into the pump. The screw clamp for the drain pipe was so bad, I couldn't tighten it fully, and had to purchase one to replace it. The ice it did make before it started leaking for a third time looked nice, and I am sure if you were having a plumber hook it up who had dealt with this type of machine before, it wouldn't be so bad, but this was not a DIY friendly machine and I wish I had just spent the money on ice for the summer instead. Customer service still has not responded other than the chat agent telling me someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours on 5/29 and then reaching out on 6/3 to say they'll reach out in 48 hours. 6/8 and still no response. Needless to say, I'd steer away.

The water pump on it does not work. The only way to use it is if you hook up to direct feed. Was hoping to use it for camping but won't work without pump.

It was smaller then anticipated my fault there probably I think it could be a little better on the door size the drain tube for it to work good it needs to be sat on something so it would drain properly

This item arrived broken- we received it and installed it in our garage. Everything seemed to be working. We left it overnight and when we checked on it the next morning, it was warm inside and water was just flowing. We reached out to Vevor’s customer service and they suggested I call a local technician and pay for them to repair it. Now keep in mind this item is supposed to come with a 1-year warranty and I paid for an extended 3- year warranty and it arrived broken. When I explained this to Vevor. They offered me a $173 credit for an ice machine that I paid $350 for, that arrived broken and was under warranty. WTF?!! I’m told them no, that needed to send me a replacement and I would return this broken on. They told me that I would have to return this broken one first, then they would send me a replacement. Fine, okay I will do that, but I no longer have the original box, as we took it to the recycling center when we installed it not thinking that we would have an issue. So now I have to locate another box. To say I am disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. Vevor should stand behind their product and warranty and not offer such ridiculous solutions to a customer when their item arrived broken and not working. At this point I might just tell them to refund me whole order, Or I will just dispute the charge on my card. This has completely changed the way I view Vevor and if I want to buy from them in the future.

Do NOT waste your money on this company! I bought a brand new ice maker and it arrived completely dead. It doesn’t work at all!When I contacted their customer service, instead of replacing it or offering a refund, they actually told me to BUY spare parts and fix a brand new machine myself! This is pure fraud and robbery.I asked for a full refund and told them to come pick up their broken garbage, but they are ignoring me and trying to force close my ticket. Absolute scammers with zero shame. Save your money and buy from an honest business. You have been warned!

Got the ice machine installed and it broke within a week. The drainage pipe leaked onto the motherboard and fried it. I sent a support message to get told that I had to repair it, but the part was out of stock. Waited another 2 weeks for the new motherboard which just arrived broken. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY
