Sooo a bit of a saga on this... This worked really well for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden stopped. We used it a lot - oftentimes back-to-back for hours. We reached out to support and they had us go through several steps to diagnose the problem - including eventually having a technician come out to diagnose the problem- which ended up being a coolant leak and cracked line. That would have costed us $800 to fix. At that point, Vevor Support offered several options but we landed on them sending us a new machine - and they did. Thank you, Vevor, for the responsiveness and customer service. New machine is working well. For the price, it makes sense. We weren't ready to jump in on a $12,000 machine as a product we are just testing out. It's working really well for what we need (25 gallons/ week) And knowing that Vevor support came through when it broke made it definitely worth it.

Je suis super satisfait du produit, une vraie machine professionnelle sans aucun doute, la glace prend rapidement une fois la première glace faite, même en nettoyant entre chacune des glaces, vu que l’intérieur de la machine est froid. Ça va très très vite en 30 minutes on peut faire 3 l de glace, parfaitement bien glacé. et ça sort bien ponctue de la machine.

Got this ice cream maker for my restaurant. I do enjoy it and the ice cream it makes, but there are some design improvements I feel could be made. The hopper that you pour the mix in is on the front of the machine and remains open so while it churns some ice cream builds up inside the hopper and just kinda half melts. The access door to the cooling cylinder also would be better if it was on hinges so you could easily and cleanly access the cylinder after dispensing the ice cream so as to not waste any product. And also the control buttons are overly sensitive. But all in all the machine works great and is easy to use.

Che bella scoperta questa macchina! La trovo super consigliata e incredibilmente facile da usare. Mi piace tantissimo come funzioni senza complicazioni. Ha reso le mie giornate molto più semplici. Non vedo l'ora di usarla ancora!

pour avoir exercé pendant 28 années dans la pâtisserie-glaces , j'ai travaillé avec des machine à glaces diverses (trittico ,carpigiani ) , A la retraite , je ne pouvais investir dans ces machine qui coûtent plus de 15 fois le prix de celle - ci et j'ai ,été agréablement surpris .Ça fonctionne très très bien .Bien sûr, manque quelques fonctions et facilités mais pour le prix , c'est formidable . J'espère quand même ne pas avoir de soucis avec .Pour l'heure ,ça me va !!.MERCI

Easy to use, easy to clean. From unboxing, cleaning, to tasting ice cream in under an hour! 35 mins was ideal for hard ice cream. Had no issues adding chocolate chips into the hopper either. Will likely purchase another.

Arrived in good shape, not a lot of parts simple to operate. Quality is good. I have not put any ice cream mix in as yet only went through the clean cycle.
