What to say, it's a very large pot and works as advertised. I use it to soak red beans over night and then cook them the next day and I have no complaints.

I purchased this pot to deep fry a couple big 24.5 lb turkeys. This stockpot is an absolute beast. I have no worries about this bad boy. I absolutely feel I'll be able to deep fry 24.5 lb turkeys without fear of a bubble over. The box and packaging is awesome. I have never ordered or seen a product shipped with as much care. Every thing was wrapped in bubble tube wrap and air bladders with two foam peanuts, one on each side of the steamer basket handle ends to prevent scratches and stabs. I did a test run with just water to see and the pot heats up nicely without hot spots from the propane burner. The water got to a rolling boil in no time and not once did the bubbles reach the top of the pot. It also sits perfectly on the expert grill 30 qt deep fryer. If you need to a pot to deep fry big turkeys, this is the pot.

Definitely a nice pot for the price range. Would have loved the option to buy a pot with a thicker bottom, but this will do for the price point. We got it to make large batches of cheese.
