I am a little bit bigger guy and I have a 5 year old little boy. I can almost keep up with him on this scooter. It goes through grass,dirt, uneven surfaces really well. This scooter has helped me stay mobile as a Dad. Love it and recommend to anyone.

Bought a smaller scooter because I thought I would only need it for 6-8 weeks. The hard plastic wheels made it impossible to use on anything but a perfectly smooth surface. It was impossible to use outside. The quality was terrible and because of the small plastic wheels, I fell twice, hurting myself pretty badly. I purchased the Vevor scooter for only a few buck more than my original. It is considerably larger, more easy to maneuver, and more comfortable. I am able to use it just about anywhere. Went to the kid's soccer and football games in open fields with little problems. Thanks

I received my order exact day of my foot operation and am extremely happy with it. I’m in the 3 week using this “machin” and couldn’t be more happy with it ( 4more weeks of wearing this dam cast:-(. On my first follow up appointment at hostpital I had 2 people asking about it !!( no shit). Scooter is “Heavy Duty” Would recommend !!!!!! Ryan

This Vevor scooter has been amazing! It came on time and all the parts were there. The seat height and handle bars are easily adjustable. The disc brakes work great, are very responsive, and can be locked in place by pushing the brakes down. The specifications for the air in the tire is on the side of the tire and with them aired up it makes going over cracks and cords a piece of cake, much better than the small standard wheels of another one I had been using. I've been able to use it to go outside and it does awesome there, you just have to be conscious of the terrain layout and if it's tilting to the side of your affected extremity you have to lean and go slow. I've been able to go outside with the kids, just have to watch out for walnuts. To turn easier just stand, lift the front of the scooter up and pivot it. Knee scooters usually don't have a good backup turn radius. I feel very secure on it and the pad design allows for me to use it without the edge of my cast being pressed uncomfortably into my shin. I weigh about 260 pounds, am over 6 foot and this is exactly the type of Big Rig I needed. If you're a big man or woman this is a great all terrain knee scooter. The basket is also nice to have and it's got a solid metal rectangle frame that can be locked into the front of the scooter. If you press it down into the attachment on the handle bars it's pretty sturdy. I've been able to carry my laptop, a bag of rocks, some notebooks and a book in it all together without difficulty. I was kinda wondering about how the quality would be in regards to it being a cheaper end of the knee scooters with the bigger pneumatic tires. I got the carbon steel model and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I'll be in a cast for months and it was going to be $60 a month to rent a standard one. If you n need to use a knee scooter for 2 or more months I strongly recommend that you invest in the Vevor Knee Scooter. A far a better quality than you will find at a mobility rental centre. I m 6'3" tall and did not have any issues in setting up my scooter. There is some final assembly required, NO TOOLS NEEDED. You will need to inflate the tyres to the correct pressure, which you will find on the side wall of the tyres. A car tyre pump will do the trick in a short time, or a bicycle tyre pump will be the same, as long as you have a tyre pressure gauge. You could also take it to your local petrol/service station. Just be mindful of the inflation pressure. The model I bought was the aluminium version, very solid and still has some weight, but you get used to that in a short time. With the ability to extend the frame, I found going down a step or street getter was better, because I didn't feel that is was going to do a nose dive. The other safety factor I love about the Vevor scooter were the brakes. Far more superior to the rental models.
