Der Roller ist gut, aber die Sitz bzw. Bank für das Knie / Unterschenkel ist sehr hart so das man nicht lange rollen kann, da das am Knie drückt.

Der Knieroller hat mir nach meinem Sprunggelenksbruch echt super geholfen. Was aber nervt: Die Bremse taugt kaum. Im Grunde kann man nur mit dem Fuß bremsen. Da sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.

I like the size of the wheels, which was my motiviation to get this scooter. It allows smoother travel over uneven surfaces, even an outdoor trail to "walk" our dog. They also make going up and down small changes in height simple. A couple of negatives -- the brake never really worked properly. At the start it was partially engaged and adjustment was not simple so I ended up releasing it entirely. The "parking" brake feature never worked at all. Brakes should be more easily adjusted, tool free, especially considering that the user is likely restricted to one leg! Another thing is the need to constantly re-tighten the knobs on the frame -- they come loose easily, but that's a minor nuisance. It's also a bit noisy in motion, but again, minor. If not for the negatives this would be a 5 star

After having this scooter for four weeks. The breaks locked up for no reason. I'm dependant on the item to do everything. Now I'll have to take the break off in order to use it because I can't afford to purchase another or be without one.

Ik gebruik mijn kniescooter nu 3 weken. Hij begint nu al te kraken en het voorwiel staat scheef. Ik had verwacht dat de scooter steviger zou zijn maar ik wil hem voor geen goud missen want was is het een handig ding om te gebruiken.

I purchased this from Vevor directly and it had promised it would arrive in a couple days and it was longer then expected. I had purchased a nother unit (none Vevor unit) from a local health care provider and there is a big difference in the 2. The vevor one works but it is just cheaper and it shows. the brake drags even when it is setup correctly. I had sent in an email to support for them to only tell me the brake was fine. I also pointed out the brake was installed wrong but they told me it was fine. The front end was not aligned when it arrived so I had to do this with no instructions. Even with it aligned I feel like it is fighting me when i am using it. just does not roll as easy as the other unit I purchased. The bag on the front is cheap compared tot he competitors with their hard basket. I will admit the outdoor wheels and nice and do make it easier to go on grass, snow and Ice.

Schlechte Qualität, Räder eiern und ein Rad ist nach 3 maligem benutzen abgefallen und lässt sich nicht mehr richtig fest anbringen.

The knee seat does not fit for my knee.

I ordered this scooter to enable me to move around after ankle surgery. The price is right, the assembly was straight forward, the scooter was delivered within a few days of ordering, and the scooter was exactly what I needed...except for one problem. One of the rear tires would not hold air. I put the scooter together the day before my surgery and two days later, the back tire was flat and would not hold air. I'm non-weight bearing for 4-6 weeks so I figure I can get the issue resolved relatively quickly. WRONG. They're happy to replace the entire wheel and tire but it will take THREE WEEKS to arrive. Apparently, they can ship the full scooter from somewhere in the US but the parts have to come from a warehouse in China. That is some seriously poor planning.
