I am a retired mechanic with 50 years experience. Started at 20. My kid's AC compressor went out. He has the 1234yf system and all my gauges are 134a or r12. Didn't want to spend much and figured this is cheap Chinese, will probably have poor fittings and seals that leak but I'll mange it. To my surprise did not leak. Had a nice kit for the adapters for 1234yf fittings. Also the left hand can dispenser for 1234yf. Buying them separately was almost the cost of this kit. I chose Vevor cause I have bought some equipment from them before and was pleasantly surprised, as in this case. My other gauges I used on customer cars were 3 or 4 times this price that's why I didn't think it would work well but it did. One star off cause they did not make the center hose long enough for the evacuation pump if you hang the gauges on the inside of the hood and the pump is on the floor. Won't reach.

Good gauges.not excellent,but very good. Does what you need it to,and accessories and adapters are great to have with it.

The a/c gage set works as it should. The only main issue for me is the case is too small for the hoses. Once unpackaged it takes many attempts to get the hoses rolled up just right so that the case will barely close.

I've used these once to service my A/C on my 75 Chevrolet truck. I evacuated my system to add oil to the compressor and change schrader valve stems. I then pulled a vacuum on the system and added refrigerant using these gauges. I really like the purge valve on the intake hose. Very nice gauge set for the money! I would buy again.
