Très déçu de mon achat car la norme Nm n'est pas la graduation principale, elle est graduée en Lbf-ft ce qui ne correspond pas aux couples utilisés en France. Impossible de faire un serrage à 28 Nm,raison pour laquelle je l'ai acheté. Je ne recommande pas

purchased jul 24 not used till Sept for brake job . doesn't function properly . i am going to eat the $33 i paid because not going to jump a bunch of hoops for you people just to make it right i paid it doesn't work why is the burden on me ? i buy a new one from someone else and continue shopping elsewhere thanks i think

Torque wrench was received and did not work properly. Attempted to tighten 3 nuts and auto at low torque specifications below 50lbs and did not emit audible “click”. This indicates product isn’t calibrated or simply doesn’t work at all. The company wants me to take photos or video to support my claim which isn’t applicable for a micrometer torque wrench. This is a Chinese product, and it appears that they will not allow for a return or refund based on their response to my claim. Brand new wrench used exactly 3 times for the purpose intended and they want a video or picture proving the malfunction? Avoid this company and by product that is backed by no frills return/refund policy.

Je remercie votre service client pour le remboursement car je ne suis pas arrivé à afficher la valeur pour les serrages dont j'avais besoin en Nm. Celle que j'ai acheté en Allemagne est très facile à utiliser avec un affichage précis malgré une fabrication sûrement chinoise. Pour les européens il faut juste un affichage en Nm facile à régler.

Piece of garbage its not recommended. it breaks down and broke my manifold nut . was using it for second time.

Difficult to set precise torque setting. Be careful to instal the Interchangeable jaw or ratchet head correctly otherwise you will need a pin of some sort to aid in it's removal.

This a great tool for the cost especially with an adjustable spanner head as well. However, neither head is reversable and you will require something to unlock the head if you put it on the wrong way around. Why they didn't make the head work either way is beyond me but buyer beware, the heads do bite as well and if you get your skin between the head and body it will bite you hard so keep appendages out of the way during assembly. I would have given more stars had this tool been thought about correctly. What the designer needs to do is talk or watch how people use these tools and not just assume. I still have not used the tool for what I purchased it for because the days I have had spare it has rained constantly.

The only thing I don't like about the torque wrench is that it don't click very loudly and can't feel it click very well. Unlike others I have used. Other than that it is built great.
