Excellent ladder for the price. The ladder works well and is pretty stable for a long attic ladder. The only issues I had in installation were that the long threaded grip inserts didn't grab the rafter as well as they should have. I drilled and added a couple additional lag screws just to be sure. Also some of the ladder screws themselves loosen over time (I use it a lot) and need occasional checks and retightening. Overall I'm quite happy with it.

It is NOT insulated, it is just thin plywood with the ladder screwed to it. The client noticed this discrepancy between the specifications and the actual unit, and I got called out and had to make a separate cover out of foam board. The ladder construction is very solid, but the hinges were pretty stiff. I installed it by myself because I didn't have a helper available and I definitely do not recommend trying to do it yourself. I was able to trim the bottom piece to fit the floor height. The pnuematic lift is a bit strong. Maybe there is a way to adjust the lift force. I've been a Vevor fan for a couple years now and have been very satisfied with everything else I've bought, but this one I think is just okay. Still a very solid value, lots of higher end features you would not expect for the price you pay, but a few inexpensive tweaks would make it really a tremendous value.

The quality of this attic ladder was exceptional. Easy to install and works like a top! I would recommend this to anyone.

Très bon produit je le recommandé avec plaisir on l'adore, très satisfaite de mon achat , je trouvait chère mais sa vaut vraiment la peine

Good ladder for a great price! Most reasonably priced ladders don't extend all the way to my floor. I was thrilled to find one long enough that didn't charge an arm and a leg for that extra 12 inches. Easy to install and use. Only wish I'd that the wood panel were thicker; it's thin and flimsy, but the ladder itself is great!

Works great easy install fit dimensions accurate looks good what can I say it couldn't be better.if I needed again I would buy it but only needed one.bur would recommend to anyone who needs it.definatly would buy again

This went up quickly. Works well and looks very nice. I had to adjust it a bit because it was racked and wouldn’t close propperly. But, after a few adjustments, it works perfectly. I am a big man and this stair holds up to me and an armload of junk. Highly recommend.

Ladder was longer then I though.

The ladder arrived cracked on one of the long sides. The finger-groove frame construction had come apart, probably in shipping. I was able to get it glued and scabbed back together, but it wasn't perfect. Otherwise a great product at a great value, especially for an uncommon (long) size.

The letter came when promised things I didn’t understand were no instructions in case a homeowner tried to do it and to no reveal around the outside edges to be able to put trim on !the lid came all the way out to the edge not like previous ones I’ve installed but other than that good product
