Le produit n'est pas du tout efficace... 1- La section robinet n'est pas chauffée, résultat le savon refroidi et bouche le robinet 2- La tuyauterie est située sur le côté et assez haute, résultat une grande partie n'atteint pas le robinet et donc c'est une perte ÉNORME de produit! Le tuyau menant au robinet devrait se situer au fond comme plusieurs autres modèles compétiteurs 3- Perte de produit importante qui rend l'appareil inutilisable et il ne sert pas du tout... Le seul point intéressant est la possibilité de régler la température de chauffage Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit, je regette mon achat...

This item was damaged in shipping I asked for a replacement and they sent a refund instead to an account that has been closed which I have explained in more than 30 emails. Customer service for this company is horrendous and I don’t think anyone was an actual live person. Furthermore, I have to look for a different company to utilize for this product since this company refuses to call me or replace the item or put the refund an a different payment method due to original account being closed. I have already submitted photos of the damage as well.

Spout does not work. Do not buy this. Waste of your money and time.

Bought this melter for beeswax but need to crank up de heat all the time to avoid the stby to switch in. The wax become darker because of the heat in the costumer service makes it long and hard for a "easy return" policy. If you want to melt beewax, I suggest you to buy a different melter.

Have never been able to get a drop of wax out of the spout if the spout was heated, it would be a good product however it is not so I had to pour it from the top slopping it all over because the spout is unusable. I contacted the company twice and they have not bothered to get back to me so they must know exactly what’s wrong with their product and they fail to stand behind it and they also just keep selling it. I am unable to upload a picture because they make that extremely difficult of course just like they do the return process

Item went to old address. Contacted customer service and got no help. Wound up ordering from someone else. Love the products but the customer service is horrible. They actually suggested i drive 11 hours to get to the old address and pick it up. Doubt I will use this website for items. Paid twice for this item and this is not the first time. I got a tshirt press that went bad and after many attempts to get some good customer service, I bought a different one. Not going to do this again.

Bought in April 2025 and when received it had a defective spout. When I finally got them to understand what I was talking about they said they would send me a new spout would take a couple of months to receive. Ok it is now September the 1st 2025 and I have not received it yet! Cant even use the wax melter it is useless! I tried to get my money back and they will not return it

I bought a wax melter from them and the melter arrived completely destroyed . It was not vevor ‘s fault and they promptly offer to replace my damaged unit . Coupled days after I m being told that they don’t have it in stock so they offered me to refund my purchase which I agreed . Next day , I received a mail telling me to use a tool to fix my melter and they d refund me 20$ doing so which I refused ! Couple days later I received a refund confirmation of 56 $ which is half of the price paid . I had to threat them to make a complaint about them to the consumer protection if they would not refund me in full … it is really unprofessional to try to fuck people up … never I will buy from them again .. NEVER !

Received the item with damage to the non stick coating, after sending images they offered to send a replacement pot only. 10 days later there is still no confirmation of the replacement being sent. Sent an enquiry asking when it would be sent, they replied they hadn't received the replacement and offered me a partial refund along with the suggestion I could try and source parts to fix it myself (fix non stick?!). I replied asking for a full replacement as the kit is still showing on their website (at a slightly higher price than what I paid), they replied with another offer of a higher partial refund, completely ignoring my request for a replacement. I replied again asking for a replacement or a full refund, they processed a full refund. Not sure why they wouldn't replace the item as it's still showing in stock on the website. Would not buy again from them.

I purchased this pot to melt candle wax. It worked fine for about two months, then it started to leak. The bolt that connect to the spout doesn't stay on tight which caused oil to leak out. Oil is also leaking out from the bottom in certain places. I hope I can return or get a replacement.
