Works great so far! Only suggestion is to make the pour spout much bigger. This unit is NOT really suitable for production because of the slow pour rate that it offers. It really needs to pour more volume... :(

Should have read the other reviews about the temperature. To save you some trouble as to decide whether you are willing to deal with all of this, and also to remind myself how to use this, I am including the instructions from Customer Support here: "There are the following precautions when using this product: This is because of the characteristics of wax after melting, and the temperature will quickly increase after the wax is completely melted. Therefore, we recommend setting the temperature to about 10 ℃ higher than the melting point of the wax, and then stirring continuously during the melting process, so that the temperature will be relatively stable; The temperature of this machine may have a positive or negative error, so it is best to measure it with another thermometer. Cooling should be done by pouring out the container and not placing it in a bucket, as the residual temperature after heating inside the bucket does not dissipate so quickly."

De smelter smelt wel, maar de kraan werkt niet. Ik heb hem vandaag voor het eerst gebruikt en de kraan werkt niet. Dus ik heb hem met een grote soeplepel leeg moeten scheppen.

Très déçu, j'ai reçu un produit avec des traces d'usure ! La Led rouge se détache, des traces de brûlure, des morceaux de plastique qui s'effrite...

Le fondoir est rempli de cire liquide et chaude, et le robinet ne fonctionne pas... Je suis très déçue.

Hice el pedido del fundidor de cera el día 3 de abril porque decían que me llegaba a casa entre 7 y el 8 de abril, lo necesitaba con urgencia para un taller, para mí sorpresa cuando no llegó ese día, me puse en contacto con la empresa de transporte y nos dijeron que la propia empresa VEVOR aún no había hecho la entrega del fundidor a día 8 de abril, y sin embargo por correo me han mentido diciendo que si, a última hora me comentan que dan por perdido el paquete porque no ha llegado a tiempo , que si quiero solicitar un reembolso, podría perfectamente haberme quedado el paquete y solicitar que me devuelvan el dinero y pierden ellos el producto y el dinero también, pero a nosotros como empresa ir siempre con la verdad por delante, el paquete definitivamente llegó el día 13 de abril muchísimo tiempo después de la entrega y lo hemos notificado para que quede constancia

Ce fondoir est très pratique pour la fonte de la cire : régulation de la température automatique, volume etc MAIS LA CIRE NE COULE PAS PAR LE ROBINET. Nous avons fait l'essais avec de l'eau, le robinet fonctionne, avec la cire ça ne sort pas. Le service après vente est lamentable car nous attendons toujours leur retour.

L-am folosit 1 data, iar a doua oara cand am vrut sa il folosesc, robinetul s-a defectat complet, nu mai curge ceara. Topeste in continuare ceara, dar atat. 😐

Very disappointed with this VEVOR wax melter. The thermostat is a complete mess. Set it to 70 °C – it heats up to 120 °C and still keeps going. When you just want to keep the wax warm, it continues heating non-stop. Basically useless if you need accurate temperature control.
