die Beschreibung ist nur auf englisch.es ist sehr sparsam ,es gibt kaum videos und Kaun informationen ob man nur saubere wachs benutzen darf oder man kann auch Bienen wachs ungesäubert auch benutzen.es ist nicht klar ob leicht zum reinigen ist und auf was man aufpassen soll.die Beschreibung ist sehr sparsam und wenig aussagend.

I bought this unit to make pure beeswax dip candles, and used it to make 382 of them by myself in one weekend. It managed to get the job done and for a third the price of certain more expensive units that have less capacity. I am satisfied with the price:value ratio. There are some areas for improvement: 1. The heat is delivered in "pulses", and during these pulses it easily reaches 200º F especially at the start of the melt, which can result in a small amount of burned wax that proceeds to convect in the melted portion. It would be nicer if the heat were more steady but less intense. As measured by a ThermoPro TP17H. 2. Despite the periodic intensity of the heat, it takes a very long time, up to 36 hours, to fully melt 25kg of beeswax if set to 150º F and up to 72 hours if set to 140º F. The thermal jacket on the sides is a very nice feature but it provides more safety to the user to prevent burns than insulation to the melt chamber. I appreciate not having to worry about burning my elbows. 3. I wish the plug cable was slightly longer. It was 1' too short where I needed to place the unit and I ended up having to use my 12' extension cable as all the shorter extensions I had on hand were not thick enough to safely use with the max current on this unit. 4. The spout is not connected to the heating elements and contains plastic components. Getting it to pour out the left over beeswax required a little persuasion from a handheld butane torch each time to melt the wax already in the spout, which I do not feel entirely comfortable with again due to the presence of plastic components. One cheap way to address this could be to simply add a heat pipe like you'd find in a PC from the surface of the heat plate to the connection point of the spout. There are also really nice things about this unit: 1. The unit is quite stable and does not have a tendency to tip over, even when full of wax. Great for safety! We love not being coated in 150º wax 2. The locking lid also seals and wax does not leak out if the unit is tipped or bumped. It's also insulated. Great for safety! 3. The thermal wrap on the outside makes a huge difference in the surface temperature of the unit, meaning no accidental burns when touching the device during operation. Great for safety! 4. The heater is fully capable of maintaining the temperature of the internal volume at wax melting temperature even when the ambient air is 62º F, once the wax is fully melted. 5. The volume. When full, a 12' dip candle can be made in this unit, although frequent top-offs of freshly molten wax will be required if making a large quantity.

I use this one for my wax melts, and it works very well. I do have to tilt it when the wax gets low which is not ideal, but that just means I need to add more.

Work great for marking candles, my only complaint is that the spot is to high on the side so you have to tip to get the wax at the bottom out. How every great value for the price.

A little difficult to empty out. Gets clogged occasionally, but overall it is nice to have, and works well.
