Decent wood quality, easy to build, however the rollers are loud, not super smooth, and they should have been made adjustable laterally. I get that it's hard to ship a flat plate with a diameter of 1.3 m, but dividing the sides of the wheel into three sections makes it difficult to get smooth joints. When my cats really get going, the wheel isn't held very securely axially and can get bumpy, jittery, tippy. I'm considering taking it apart and adding lateral adjustability to the carrier rollers so they hold the wheel more securely. Ideally it should have a big thin steel ring on each side to ride on proper roller bearings, hidden underneath, but of course that's not practical or affordable. I have tried carefully and meticulously sanding high spots on the periphery, but it still won't run nice and true. The carpet smells terrible but fits perfectly. All in all not disappointed but not completely satisfied.

My cats love it . You want them to use it but it’s quite noisy. I laid it on a carpet and it helped a little. Make sure you tighten the screws every couple of days if your cats use it often. I sometimes find screws on the floor. Be prepared for the size of it. Does take quite a bit of space.

It arrived damaged and it is very thin pressboard material. The base has a crack in it. We decided to go ahead and assemble it anyways. A few more pieces of the press board chipped off during assembly. But really it's cheap material. Bad delivery. And that's my experience.

It's made out of compressed paper with a thin laminate coating. Not exactly wooden as the description in the ad. Put it together and working with the cats to get them to use it.

Cat likes it - that good, but the wheel is super loud, squeaky. Also since it’s laser cut MDF it has razorsharp edges - giving that small piece of sandpaper is just a joke. Cat paws were easily cut with it, same goes for my fingers. Would I recommend it? No, not really. Low price - low quality.

Worst customer service. Ordered the wheel, Australia Post lost it. So I purchased another one while I sorted out compensation. Then after a few weeks Australia Post found it but now Vevor won't give me a refund because it's outside their 30 day limit due to their courier having lost it. Strongly recommend getting the Advwin version from Bunnings, same price, same product, better service.
