It takes time to put together correctly but it's worth it. The wheel is big enough for our 13lb cat and he is still getting used to using it - but coming along nicely. This is the best price / value anywhere so I'd suggest you purchase it.

My cat uses it for short periods of time on his own. i also use the toy they included for him to chase on the wheel. One piece of the wheel broke when I was assembling it. The company sent me a new piece.

I bought the larger size wheel, it’s ideal for even my big 7kg cat. It was not too difficult to assemble and it runs smoothly and relatively quietly. One of my cats is scared of it so he is not interested, one of them is content to use it for a treat reward, and the youngest one goes on it by herself. Overall it’s a success even if just one of my three cats wants to use it!
