This cat house was very easy to put together and felt very sturdy. I bought it for some barn cats that hang around the house. So far none have taken residence in the home but they are curious about it and will eat their food on the roof. Or use the roof to lay and watch and hunt. Maybe they wil venture inside when it gets cooler.

Purchased this a s a gift for an elderly couple who had neighborhood cats to visit and the back deck wasn't covered. This was a gift fro them. I went one step further and coated this wait waterproofing clear apoxy. They loved it. The cats came and ate in the dry and visited them, staying dry when it was raining

Pretty good quality- sturdy, easy to assemble- choose between one or two “rooms”. Not isolated, but straw will do just fine in the winterseason

Made easier to assemble due to the pegs placed at different distances so you know you have the right placement. It is a nice size, hoping my 3 cats at work will enjoy it. Seems to be well made. Looks nice. Not heavy. Top is heavy which should help it not to tip over. A regular Phillips screwdriver and a small, offset ratchet Phillips screwdriver for the top hinge was used for assembly, quick and easy. It should be good for many years with regular application of wood preserver.
