I have been using the VEVOR Commercial Chopper for almost a year now. The 1/4"takes a little effort cutting russet potatoes. The 3/8" pretty much effortless. I have done 3 batches using 1/4", all blades still working, and about 6 batches of fries using 3/8". 5 lb bag of potatoes for a batch.

I couldn't be happier with this chopper. I use it at least once a week, now. I wish they had a storage box for the accessories. I actually designed and printed my own so now I can keep all the pieces in one box.

What a timesaver! Works great and easy to clean and store.

Sadly have not used as of yet. But is sturdy and looks to be well made.

Manual dicer/slicer. Works as described. Would buy again.

Very nice, heavy duty and easy to use

For some reason I love diced vegetables in my salads and casseroles. Also, when I roast veggies that are all the same size I get better results and that makes me happy. Even though it's just for home use, I definitely think this is worth every penny. (The cheap plastic deicers are so wimpy and hard to dry after washing. If they unexpectedly break the plastic can accidentally go into your food-it's not fun finding it. For the price of two plastic deicers you can have this industrial baby.) It's very easy to clean and changing the blades is straight forward, too. I thought it might be a commitment to store but it fits perfectly in my bottom cupboard. I can grab it as quickly as a cutting board and knife-so I do! Try some tart apples diced in your salad-you hardly need dressing. If you garden you can get all your peppers prepped for the freezer in no time. LOVE it. (Note: you do have to steam sweet potatoes prior to use. I microwave them for a bit.)

Good unit, there are much heavily made and more expensive commercial models out there. This does the job for not daily use. Handles a bus bin of chopped veggies once a week or so. Lighter weight forces you to use more chopping force and hold the unit with your other hand after loading veg. All in all does the job for the price.
